Staff was very polite and courteous. The room was not what we expected due to the photo at Expedia. You need hook on the wall at the entrance for our jackets. Salt and pepper is a must.Also there was no remote for the air conditionner in the living room. Shower head spray sideways. Need to be fix.

Location is perfect! On a walking street. Manteigaria Cream Pastry Factory and Amorino Gelato are right around the corner. Has an elevator and luggage storage for $2 euros. Towel warmer was a nice touch!

Our apartment was located on the first floor, facing noisy restaurants. Early mornings the garbage pick up was our wake up call. During nighttime, the constant very loud traffic noise from the apartment above us was unbearable. We tried earplugs but the vibration was a nightmare and our nights were beyond stressful.

We love the location of this apartment, super convenient. Easy check in kiosk and the staff responded right away when we needed extra towels and when we had a slight issue with the water tank. Loved everything about this property, proximity to be in the heart of the city,but the best part was though it was in the center,it had sound proof glass doors and there was housekeeping everyday.Checking in was a little complicated, but the man working below helped us Would definitely recommend staying here.
