Very easy to communicate thru app. The room is excellent. The only thing we didnt like is how firm the bed is. Would be better is they maybe put a topper to make it softer a bit. But overall, its a wonderful stay!

Very convenient area, like everything is in the walking distance. But very small bed, It's not queen size for sure. Soft bed is like single size. Washroom is small, tub is small. It is convenient that there is a wash machine and dryer. And you need to make sure you are not in the basement. We were not told till checked in that we were assigned to stay in the basement. You can only see the concierge in the morning. Then there is no staff to communicate. I tried to leave massage but no reply. Overall, we choose It because the wash machine but still bit disappointed.

Apparemment super, trĂšs bien placĂ©, trĂšs fonctionnel, propre. Aucun point nĂ©gatif. Une literie exceptionnelle et pourtant je suis trĂšs difficile. Un endroit que je recommande Ă  200%. Si je peux juste faire une remarque mais apparemment c'est frĂ©quent au Canada, beaucoup de rangement mais il manque dans les penderies quelques Ă©tagĂšres pour poser les vĂȘtements. Mais c'est vraiment un dĂ©tail. Merci pour ce superbe appartement

Property has been having some recent updates. Our particular room had just been painted with only moderate care. There was paint dripped and brush marks on the floors in several areas, paint smell lingered for over half of our stay. Windows in the 08 rooms are disappointing with frosted glass looking into the fire escape. Room amenities were fine and the washer/dryer proved to be useful.

Easy check in and parking is so close. So many amazing restaurants and cafes within walking distance. The room was large and comfortable for five adults.

It looked like a nice place, be aware there is no check in person when you get there. It was not easy to find the address, there is just a small door with small signs on it, we had to drive around a few times in order to see it. I did not see their e-mail of having to do the check in process online through their app, we booked same day, I called them once we got there as there are no people to greet you for check in process, after going through most of the steps to check in I was told that they do not accept health card for identity check!! I did not have my passport and I do not have a drivers licence, I was able to do check-in with my health card at two different hotels the nights before but this people refused after I explained to them that it was 6:30 in the afternoon and that I was travelling with 3 kids!! They offered to cancel my booking and said that they could not help me, I was charged a $70 fee for God knows what!! I’m still shocked at this experience and would never book with them again!!

Theres no water in the building . I talk to the lobby staff with my head full of shampoo and no solutions are provided and no estimate time of when is water available is provided . I also requested extra towels the night i checked in, it didnt come until 10:45 which is 15 min before my check out time. This is ridiculous

We stayed in a one bedroom apartment that only had one air conditioner in the living room. The apartment is a high ceiling apartment so one AC is not sufficient enough to cool the entire unit. Moreover, the AC we had wasn’t even cold. It was blowing wind. The room temperature went up to 29-30 Celsius and we have a toddler with us. We notified the staff and they admitted that the AC was broken and told us the manager will contact us for compensation. It has been almost a month we checked out and no updates on the compensation whatsoever. Also the refrigerator in the unit was leaking as well. We definitely will not stay at Sonder again.

Old Town is a lovely and romantic area to stay in Montreal. Our one bedroom apartment had everything one needs for a comfortable stay, including a washer and dryer! My only concern was the powerful smell of cigarettes in the lobby. But that dissipated over the stay. Also, round toilet seats are not comfortable , but not a game changer. I would most definitely stay here again. Very happy.
