We enjoyed staying in the suite which had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen/dining/living area and a big balcony with a fantastic view of the ocean along lungomare. The hotel has a modern Zen design. The cleaning staff were amazing. The breakfast selection of fruits, cereals, eggs, cheeses, charcuteries, pastries were delicious and nutritious, and they also provided lactose free milk and soy beverages, also yummy cappuccinos. The only complaint we have is the uncomfortable beds as the mattress was too firm and hard, it felt like I was sleeping on a board which made my body ache so I did not sleep well. The hotel needs to provide better and comfortable beds for their guests.

Nicest hotel in San Benedetto

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very clean and right by the beach but also has a pool. The breakfast was good with continental and American style food. We had an apartment-style room which was perfect for us. I think it is the nicest hotel in San Benedetto.

Struttura moderna e funzionale con molti servizi. Purtroppo non sono stati minimamente in grado di gestire il problema che si è verificato con l'aria condizionata che non funzionava nella stanza e nonostante abbia richiesto più volte che trovassero una soluzione... non sono stati in grado di offrire nulla di meglio di un cambio stanza a poche ore dalla partenza (8) e dopo che avevo riportato il problema più volte nel corso dei 3 giorni precedenti... con 36 gradi all'esterno e 27 in camera... direi che l'esperiena non è da 4 stelle. Mi sarei atteso una maggiore attenzione e meno menefreghismo rispetto al problema segnalato... Per il resto, camere standard basic ma spaziose e funzionali. Bagno OK,doccia piccola e con doccino da rivedere. Colazione abbondante con varie opzioni tra dolce e salato. Cocktail del bar da rivedere. In generale esperienza positiva non fosse stato per il problema dell'aria condizionata che ha guastato la vacanza.
