Great place in Hong Kong

Butterfly Victoria is great for relaxation after long days in Hong Kong, location was good for me personally, and the staff was really helpful when needed. I happen to love the Butterfly hotels and use them each time I travel to Hong Kong.

Quality Customer Service

The staff could not do enough to assist us when we stayed. They are well trained, knowledgeable and pro-active - nothing was a bother to them. Well done to all staff at the Butterfly on Victoria.

My second stay here. Love the neighborhood. The staff are great, always helpful, very attentive. Rooms are good for the price, fairly quiet and big enough to relax.Lo-stress stay, my favorite!.

きれい

新しくて清潔でお洒落です。狭いけど圧迫感なし。１０階でしたが眺めは、道をはさんだいかにも香港らしい古いアパートメント。ブラインドは下ろしたままでした。バスルームもコンパクトですがきれいなので問題なし。シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープ、固形石鹸、スリッパあり。ドライヤーは風力そこそこで使いやすいです。全てそろっています。お洒落エリアではないけど、美味しそううなお店も多く旅なれた方にはおすすめ。お安くなったときに予約しました。

好近地鐵站，前台好有禮貌。唯一唔好係洗手盤細左少少，同埋咁岩我沖涼果陣D熱水唔算好熱。

房間偏小，空調無法自行調溫度，交通方便

缺點：空調只能調風量，風量也就是強跟弱，沒有第三個選擇，溫度無法調整，導致白天時偏熱，又由於房間有窗戶是沒錯，但封死打不開，所以好悶！浴室洗手台很小，洗臉時水會一直外漏至地板。房內的角落灰塵髒污很多，因為是鋪深色地毯，所以看的很明顯。床一般般，沒特別好睡也不會特別難睡。隔音很差！尤其早晨房務打掃，蠻吵的～房間很小，以那樣的價位，香港可以有更好的選擇。 優點：謝謝櫃檯幫我們升等，至少房間有空氣清淨機還不錯！謝謝安排在邊間，兩面採光很棒，可惜窗戶無法打開。交通算方便，天后站A1出口走3分鐘就到，巴士也很方便搭。附近吃喝蠻多的，稍微走一下路也有惠康超市。

ビクトリアパークに近い色々とちょうど良いホテル

ビクトリアパークに近く部屋もきれいで設備も必要最低限のモノは全て揃っているので、泊まるだけなら全く問題なし。スタッフも皆、若くて親切。

Very very convenient but room a bit small even they upgrade my room and the first day when I back to my room for concall meeting at 12:30am, my room still not yet cleaning, as for environmental protection, I gave up cleaning that day😂 front desk is very helpful!

Great hotel, great location with easy access to the MTR and trams, would definitely recommend. WiFi hotspot was a nice touch and worked well though battery didn't last a full day. If you're not used to HK sized apartments you'd probably find the rooms very small, but it's a nice efficient layout so worked well.
