大変満足しました 4階の宿泊でしたが快適に過ごす事が出来ました 家族もよろこんでいましたよ ディズニーとの距離も近く買い物などの不便もありませんでした

快適な滞在

立地も設備も申し分なく、オークランド近郊で1週間程度滞在するのに適当な環境が得られました。機会があれば、また利用したいホテルです。

La piscina no esta tan cerca de donde nos hospedamos. No tiene lugares excepto la piscina un lugar para niños. La comunicacion no es tan efectiva, les notifique que no teniamos acceso al wifi y nunca nos ofrecieron alternativas ni soluciones. El baño tenia limo en las paredes. Necesita fumigacion ya que de noche encuentras algunos visitantes en el baño. La secadora la podias dejar 2 dias corridos tratando de secar ropa y no te la secaba del todo. Sugerencia, deben en los baños ya que los dos baños eran bañeras, deben poner algun barandal para agarrarse en caso de resbalarse, para mi madre era casi imposible bañarse sin asistencia por la preocupacion de que fuera a caerse y no tener de donde sostenerse. De lo demas el lugar, sus alrededores eran tranquilos y muy seguro.

Convenient to nearby grocery stores and gas station, minutes from highway. Condo seem to have been rushed when cleaned. There was hair in the floor and around the sink. The floors seem to be halfway vacuumed. The last guest(s) left a pair of white underwear in the floor of the closet (I left them there for the next guests) and one of their pink press on nails. There were no wash clothes in any of the bathrooms. I called to request some, received no answer but was followed up with a text saying my call was missed and if I could be helped. No returned call or wash clothes. I went to the local Walmart to purchased them along with towels bc the ones in the unit were the smaller floor towels. Overall the stay was fine, this particular unit was not updated but it was fair for the price. All of my issues could of been smaller but they continued to add up to make it a bigger issue. I would recommend for convenience but don’t expect hotel accommodations.

Avoid these condos like the pest. Management company is the absolute worst, good luck trying to check-in without stress, driving around looking for their abandoned or empty offices or calling for hours. Condos themselves are old and crappy. Furniture purchased in the 80s and never looked after again. You get better beds and a better night sleep in a $5 cockroach motel. Never in my 25 years coming to the area I had a worst experience, by miles. #Unlist.

Satisfied but far from pleased.

Check-in was a bit trying as the room as they gave us the wrong room; there was an added charge of $38 for an insurance coverage that was not disclosed as part of the room fees; plus the different address for check-in was not given to us when called to request ground floor room or a room with an elevator close by since my wife has a broken leg and can’t do stairs. Had to change rooms the next day as the first had a broken a/c and water heater. That room was much nicer and actually came with the dish soap and trash bag in the can!

Excelente local e localização perfeira

Excelente lugar. Ótima localização, próximo de tudo. Piscina bem legal, mesmo não aproveitando muito. Cozinha não estava muito equipada, porém foi suficiente para nós que cozinhamos bastante por estamos com dois bebês. Única reclamação da hospedagem é me ralação as camas de casal dos dois quartas, ambas estavam com um dos lados afundado, com se tivesse muito uso, porém nada que comprometesse a hospedagem. Aconselho a ficarem neste local, com certeza em uma próxima ida à Orlando será uma das minhas primeiras opções.

Great location and safe/secure area. Great amenities and although quite basic, the apartments are functional and clean. This is my third stay in as many years so can't be that bad!

Good central location, easy to get to all the major roads of Orlando. The property was nicely decorated and with full self catering needs. Bathroom could do with a better bath & shower unit as they are showing some age. Sofa was also showing some age but was comfortable. Good cable TV Although the TV in the bedroom did not work. These are minor points as were not in the apartment during the day only on an evening. The pool complex is nice but could do with more food & drink facilities.

It was a nice place with very few free amenities, the pool was nice but they closed it even though it wasn't storming so that took away our only amenity. The rooms were clean and roomy, and the walk in closet was huge, but the beds were very uncomfortable. The Living room area was very nice and clean, and the open floor plan added to the spacious feel. The location was great!!!

I love the properties location and the accommodations. I did not know the office closed at night. A person walking at night saw us and told us where to go to register. That helped a lot.

Basket ball court wasn’t open one reason I got the room I get a place every year for my wife so families can come the room not that clean old TVs no cable great location the check in was bad had us wait for are room wouldn’t let us just park by the room so we knew were we were goin for the money I spent not worth it and they charged me 142 more after I payed everything up front
