Good breakfast and butler services

Located near the north part of Seminyak, the L Hotel was not very near to the beach clubs. However, there are quite a number of good restaurants around the corner. The breakfast was very good as you could choose American, Indonesian, Continental and Vegan. The coffee here was super good, plus the omelette and the charcoal baguette. The staff will keep smiling and asking if you are good with the services, which made us feel very warm and safe. The hotel offered butler services and a phone to you and you could call the drivers when you wanna go out or come back in Seminyak area, free of charge. However, please do reserve at least 2X times than you have expected as the traffic is terrible around Seminyak. The room was clean and provided hair dryer and unlimited mineral water.

nice and trendy room, except for the tiny toilet it was perfect for a short stay. Gym is "outsourced" and actually it was fantastic (beautiful outdoor swimming pool, great gym, sauna, etc...) the staff? 5stars. All smiles, helpful, dedicated, full of positive vibes. Wonderful stay

What a lovely hotel! Great location, lobby was pleasant and welcoming and room was gorgeous! Staff were so so so so kind and helpful and went above and beyond to help us and to ensure we had everything we needed. Only downside is the toilet whi h is basically in the wardrobe.

Very basic accommodation. Toilet was literally inside a wardrobe cupboard and stunk. Wasn’t anything special and I wouldn’t stay there again. Just glad we only stayed for 1 night to be closer to the airport.

The staff as at the hotel were super helpful, the area is very close to the Seminyak sqaure. And the shuttle service of the hotel to the square is also very good. The only issue of the hotel is that our room was on the street side of the hotel and it was very noisy at night. P.S don't leave a box of pills open because ants will eat them!!

The staff were wonderful, the room itself was ok, nothing special and rather small. There is no swimming pool, the pool is located elsewhere down the road which you get a free pass to. I found this inconvenient and would. Or have booked this hotel if I knew there was no pool there

Umm I loved the staff and wanted to rate this hotel better but as much as they tried the fact is it is an old hotel and needs some TLC. I couldn’t have a hot bath after the first night, the aircon was so noisy I had to sleep with earplugs. This was the Luxe suite and not cheap! But to be honest the staff went above and beyond to make my stay there as nice as possible.

There was not much around the local area and it is a few minute scooter ride to the beach. The hotel is very small and crammed. The pool is at another location up the road at a wellness centre where they serve protein shakes and healthy juices but no beer or cocktails etc. Not a hotel / relaxation vibe at all. The rooms don't have balconies. Breakfast was nice and good happy hour up on roof top bar with possibly the best espresso martini I've ever had in Bali. Can't fault the staff they were super lovely but the hotel itself is small and lacks any sort of relaxing / holiday / Bali vibe.

The staff

Hotel was fantastic and made better by the staff. They could not help enough. The hotel doesn't have a pool but the staff organise access to a health spa just down the road and also drop you there and puck you up when you are finished. You can also be dropped anywhere in Seminyak and picked up any time day and night.

So warm and friendly

Very friendly staff, nothing was too much trouble for them and they drop you off/pick you up anywhere you want to go in Seminyak. The health club up the road that you get access to is quite nice as well.
