Wonderful staff and nice apartment.

The staff here is EXCELLENT!!! Every single staff person for 3 days went out of their way to be helpful. And those at the front desk spoke English.

Great service. Nice appartment and a good location. Metro just next door. Good restaurants nearby, supermarkets and bakery's and all you need. A nice and quiet neighborhood. No complaints.

Decent no frills place with the usual amenities. Helpful staff and good location - close to the metro. Note that no room clean up for 7 days but towels can be changed at the reception as needed.

Like many European hotels I’ve stayed at with similar price points, the conditions are not great. The bed was hard, quality of the building is mediocre, appliances work but are not in great shape. Breakfast was quite good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. It’s in a relatively quiet area with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Gave us the top floor, climbing that spiral stairs was a work out! Besides that location was good, close to port, transportation and restaurant. Public parking expensive if you have car. I would stay here again, but only if I get a first floor room.

Having a hard time believing some of these reviews. In what world is this a 4 star hotel? The property is incredibly worn down. AC and hot water were broken the first day. No apologies or compensation. Very dingy feeling in the room and hallways. The pictures shown of the façade are of the BACK of the hotel. Felt incredibly misrepresented overall. Avoid avoid avoid

"Disappointing Stay Despite Helpful Staff"

Our experience at the hotel started off on the wrong foot. Arriving around 10 pm, we felt overwhelmed and uneasy due to a lack of information and inadequate lighting throughout the facility. It left us feeling a bit lost and insecure. Unfortunately, the challenges didn't end there. Our first assigned room had an unbearable odor and clearly had not been cleaned, forcing us to request a change. The second room was in better condition but still had issues, particularly with the bathroom as the water was clogged. Despite these setbacks, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and accommodating, doing their best to assist us through these difficult moments. While the hotel's service was commendable, the overall experience left much to be desired.

Agréable séjour de 3 nuits Bon accueil du personnel à mon arrivée, explications claires concernant les installations de l'hôtel et la chambre attribuée Petit-déjeuner continental sous forme de buffet assez complet ; salle plutôt spacieuse avec vue sur la rue ; personnel accueillant et souriant À la place de la TV diffusant les informations/le journal, j'aurais préféré une petite musique d'ambiance mais ce ne sont que mes goûts personnels Ascenseurs fonctionnels avec l'étage E bien pensé pour éviter de porter de lourdes valises dans les escaliers Fontaine à eau disponible au RDC Chambre au 4e étage avec jolie vue sur le jardin/la cour de l'hôtel Chambre tres spacieuse avec grand lit, espace kitchenette, bar avec chaises hautes, bureau et TV moderne (avec possibilité de cast, Netflix/Prime Video etc) Le matelas n'est pas exceptionnel mais ça va Salle de bain avec un grand miroir, et d'à la fois une douche et une baignoire (ce qui est très apprécié). La luminosité était insuffisante au niveau du miroir. La qualité des serviettes n'est pas non plus folle (épaisseur assez faible) mais suffisantes. WC séparé de la salle de bain et plutôt grand Bon agencement de la chambre et calme. J'ai séjourné seule dans le cadre d'un déplacement professionnel mais me suis assez vite sentie en sécurité. Bonne proximité des transports Malheureusement l'espace détente au dernier étage est fermé pour cause de travaux donc je n'ai pas pu en profiter... Bon rapport qualité-prix !
