Gostei do ponto pois é bem no centro , mas uma coisa que NÃO ACHEI BOM FOI : NÃO NOS FOI OFERECIDO OPÇÕES DE PASSEIO , ENTÃO FECHAMOS POR FORA O PASSEIO QUE PESQUISAMOS NO LOCAL , ENTÃO ELES NÃO AVISARAM QUANDO CHEGARAM PRA NOS BUSCAR QUASE PERDEMOS O PASSEIO E QUANDO FUI RECLAMAR DISSERAM QUE NÃO ERA POLÍTICA DO HOTEL INTERFONAR PARA O QUARTO

The room service seem to have their work protocol right, they leave the room, washroom clean and the dis-infectent has a good odour. Focussed service by the room service team. Good property enhanced the experience.

Ótima hospedagem

Excelente localização. Quarto amplo, bem localizado. Atendentes solicitos. Fica atrás do terminal e do Shopping Tres Cruces. Fácil acesso de ônibus e a pé. No shopping tem de tudo: supermercado, Wester Union (na Abitab, também compra cartão de ônibus, chip e recarga de celular), além de lojas e alimentação. Por ser próximo ao terminal de ônibus fiquei receosa, mas foi a melhor escolha. Dá pra ir de ônibus para o aeroporto. Os poréns: o frigobar não gela, nem na temperatura maxima e tem cortina no banheiro no lugar do box, na maioria das vezes o chão fica muito molhado.

Fiquei surpreso com a necessidade de pagar pelo estacionamento (moto) e ainda ter que deixar no tempo, o rapaz do atendimento conseguiu um canto para ficar no coberto mas frisou que seria somente dessa vez pelo fato de ser minha primeira estadia. O café da manhã não está incluso é isso não ficou claro na reserva pelo App e não foi informado no check-in.

Very, very good place, wonderful stay…. I stayed at this wonderful hotel for 4 nights. Everything is wonderful. Especially the employees. Very friendly, always helpful. No matter what time of the day or night you come to the reception they’re always there to help you. With the big smile on their face. Include the manager. Had brief conversation with her she was super kind. Like the rest of employees. I highly recommend to all.

Estadia incrível, fica bem atrás do terminal de três cruzes, minha estadia foi estratégica para sair com as malas andando e pegar o ônibus para colônia. Também fica muito perto da parada do ônibus panorâmico. Quarto muito confortável. Não contratei café da manhã, existem opções próximas ao hotel e também tem o shopping três cruzes como opção para o café da manhã.

Estacionamento nao segura qualquer dano ou roubo!!

Único problema sério é que o hotel tem estacionamento “pago” e faz você assinar um termo em que eles não se responsabilizam por nada!!!! Então porque cobram? E aí os atendentes tentam ti convencer de que é normal! Vc paga como eu paguei U$ 10 por dia pra um estacionamento descoberto e que não segura nada!!!!!!!

Hotellet behöver en uppfräschning för att kunna erbjuda något mer än enbart lokalisering i 3 cruzes. Under mina veckor där strulade hissen, avbrott på wifi, kortet som glappar, gymmet med delvis trasiga apparater osv.

Room 201 refrigerator did not function. Electricity turns off without keycard so you can't recharge electronics while outside the room. Checkin is administratively burdensome. The paperwork is of no use to the customer and should be eliminated (or filled out by the staff). Insufficient storage. No in room coffee service. Electrical outlet on only one side of the bed. Super location immediately adjacent to the bus station. Terrace furniture is worn to the point of becoming a safety hazard.
