The reception team was fantastic! I apologize, I don’t remember their names, but the two gentlemen who checked me in had me laughing after a long car ride and instantly made me feel comfortable. Excellent staff, comfortable rooms, and a perfect location!

Absolutely loved the position of the hotel very accessible to all the restaurants. The staff were very helpful and polite and the room was nice and big. The only bad thing was the bed was extremely uncomfortable we stayed for two nights and didn’t get much sleep due to this. I I think they need to start replacing all the mattresses in the hotel.

Clean and Friendly staff, easy to get to main areas of Auckland's city. Food and shopping nearby. Comfortable beds and a great budget Friendly option for families. Has everything you need. My only feedback would be longer hot water usage would be better and bigger waste bins or more wasre options in room for recycling as to be able to help. Overall would definitely recommend. And great views
