The hotel is in pretty bad condition. The wallpaper on the walls is peeling off making the hotel look old or in bad shape. In the halls smells like mold or humidity. The temperature in the room is controlled by the front office so if you are freezing they have to rise it up and they will do it at the temperature they want to. The breakfast has very limited options and for the price you pay you would expect much more. The location And shuttle to Disney is great and convenient.

The location is perfect if you want to go to to Disneyland Paris. They offer a shuttle to Disney. We loved that There is a bakery right at the corner. They offer breakfast for a fee as well. Customer service was amazing the check-in team was very helpful. We only stayed for two nights, we didn't get our rooms done, but I'm unsure if it was by request and we didn't ask. If this is important make sure to ask. The hotel is a somewhat run down and needs updating. It was however what we needed and we would recommend.

The room was decent, although it had definitely been smoked in. The hallways looked like a war zone. There were signs saying renovations were coming, but who knows if those were accurate. There was supposed to be free coffee, there was never any when I wanted it, like before 8 am. The fesk staff was nice with good English.

For a 3 star hotel, the place was pretty beat up. En route to our room, you can see that all the wall papers have been torn. The room itself also smelled strongly of cologne probably meant to cover up smell? I would not stay here again

Good location

Overall is a good place to stay, good location near shooping, supermarked, restaurants. Clean, our room was near the elevator for my parents acessibility, kitchenet includes all the neccessary tableware and staff was nice

Convenient and comfortable

This is a perfect place to stay for a visit to Disneyland. The room was small but clean and comfortable and well-equipped. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a lot of visible damage in the hallways and needs for repair, but there were signs posted that a renovation is coming soon. The breakfast was a bit over-priced but a nice selection of foods. The shuttle was convenient, although there wasn't much information available. We didn't know the schedule or that we needed to show a room key to get on the shuttle back to the hotel, but we figured it out! Overall, I would recommend this for a short stay if in the area.

This was a perfect hotel for our family of 4 while we were at Disneyland Paris. Twenty minute walk to the parks.

As a foreigner in a foreign country, communication is everything. And also is very difficult. Some of the staff was very helpful and tried to work with us as we talked through with our broken French, but a few of them were very impatient and rude. If you’re going to be in the hospitality industry, you’re gonna have to be patient, especially with foreigners.

Loved the nearby shopping mall and free shuttle to Disneyland! Housekeeping does not come which is frustrating when needed new towels. Other than this, it was great!

Property was good overall. Once we got the hang of transportation and the train and sub stations. The rooms were great and we walked all the days to Disney and back. The bus can get pretty bad depending when you catch it. We used it to leave and take the train from Disney to CDG airport and made things easy. We also paid for the breakfast daily and had a variety of pastries, cereal, eggs, yogurt and an expresso and coffee machine.

Everything was just great! Fast check in. When checking out they kept our luggage extra time at no charge while we did last trip to Disney. Nature around is beautiful, 2 lakes, swans, a wild fat cat. Pool was very warm and clean. Breakfast delicious! Staff was helping and friendly. Shuttle bus comes right on time. Great energy all over the place!
