Great location!

It's a great little apartment, although facilities were quite old, they had everything. Service and Location was great! Walkable distance to Edinburgh castle, royal mile and Victoria street. We parked our car at the hotels designated carpark.

Highlight of our trip

The room was fantastic. We had everything we needed. The staff was excellent as well, we were really impressed with this really pretty lady who was really helpful with our stay. Not to mention, the location was perfect, it was only a short 10 mins walk to old town. Definitely a 5 star rating, we will be back to stay again, thanks!

Comfort 2BR assigned was located in remote Blk 15

We can never thank Charlie enough for his 5-star hospitality. Although the serious downside was the tedious task to roll 7 luggages to a different block through the car park pavement due to our booking of a more expensive unit named COMFORT 2bedroom.!! For a better stay experience, I highly recommend to request a unit within Knights Residence block as the 'special sole unit in block 15' we were in was remotely quiet..a bit too far if you does need help from the hotel. It was till our 3rd day that we realised that the washer dryer was not working well (thought we didn't operate it correctly). Another staff on duty, Christopher came up with a big laundry basket when we asked for instructions,.. apparently it was then that we realised they knew it was not working then :(

Good apt Hotel in good place

Pretty good apartment hotel with desperate entrance to our building. When we came the gas was off so it was super cold but fixed within the hour. Could hear som washer or something at night at times.

The staff are amazing, friendly, helpful and accommodating. They go out of their way to make your stay the best it can be. I stayed in 2 different rooms, the 1st a 1 bedroom suite, everything was perfect. The 2nd stay was a 2 bedroom suite with family. The rooms could use a bit of an uplift. Both suites were very clean and getting fresh linen or refills on anything was not a problem

Great place to stay clean friendly good location

Ideal place to stay size wise with the family with a teenage son it meant he had his own space. Comfy beds kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine. Staff were really friendly. The only down side I would say is that the 3 strip clubs at the end of the road. They were not an issue just a bit awkward with kids. 5 min walk to the grass market and the rest of the city is very accessible

We had a nice large apartment that accommodated our family of three very comfortably. It had a nice clean kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. I appreciated that the bathrooms were very clean. The shower in one bath didn’t work very well but the other shower worked great (hot water and great water pressure). Property is located in a great part of town close to all the cool shops and eateries. Highly recommend.
