Beautiful property, engaging and caring staff plus a spacious room and excellent breakfast. However, and as has been noted in earlier reviews, the rooms are dark, fitted with antiquated low wattage lighting and are in need of renovation particularly insofar as concerns the installation of windows.Laundry facilities and the non- functioning ice machine need attention/upgrading.

Absolutely amazing property! The apartment was very comfortable, very clean, smelled good, and beautifully decorated. The breakfast buffet service was EXCELLENT! Wonderful variety and very delicious. Will definitely recommend to family, friends, and will try to stay here again myself. The property has easy access to autostrada as well.

Our room was neat and had a nice view, but the pictures of the pool area appeared to be a little out of date as the hedges are high so there is no view from the pool. The breakfast was great, lots of options and staff were very helpful.

Thank-you for a lovely, quaint, and hidden gem outside the business of Florence. Exceptionally clean living spaces, beautifully manicured and natural grounds, and a beautiful pool to view. Too cold during our stay to use. Breakfast was exceptional with so many choices and everything was fresh. Highly recommended for families, small group, or a couple. Enjoyable experience that you wouldn't want to pass up.

If the previous review has not been removed, THIS IS THE REAL ONE: Belvedere is an AMAZING property. We stayed at the Superior Studio which is stunning. With a rear olive grinding stone making the beds headboard. The property is amazing, the staff friendly. Check in is a little different but still easy. This villa is part of additional properties that make up hotels. The main, where you check in (not at Belvedere) has a restaurant that is worth booking a reservation. Pasta was to die for. Great breakfast buffet and just overall an amazing stay. The pool looks stunning to hang and just relax. (not in December when we were here) We just bought a house close by and will be using this property as overflow for any family and friends when our own villa is packed! Book it, don't think about it. Book the Superior Studio and pay the extra, you will not regret it!

My family really enjoyed the stay at Villa Belvedere. The property manager kindly waited for us late in the evening as we were delayed by an accident on the road. The staff was always nice and helpful. Kids loved the pool and the house was spacious, clean and cool during the hot days. Great views and an authentic place. Highly recommend.

The property was beautiful! The area around the pool is really nice and the view is nice. There is nobody actually on site so you need to call if you need anything or have any questions, that was our biggest issue with the place. It is also very far from everything with not many restaurants or groceries near by.

Property has the potential to be 5 star but it appears to be under staffed. Pool is beautiful but many loose tiles poolside make it awkward to walk around. Landscaping/trees/foliage were not cut or trimmed- making them look somewhat abandoned. Dining area had worn down tables and chairs- not rustic but simply outdated. Bbq and pizza oven were not clean. Laundry amenities were not working properly. Apartment was spacious and clean. Overall, certainly would not go back.

Good for family stay

This was my second stay at the property. The first time was a single room and this time the two-Storey maisonnette. I think the single room is nicer as the second Storey has no separation so it lacks a bit of privacy but it would be great for a family with kids. Otherwise the hosts are friendly and helpful.

Everything was wonderful. Professional staff and nice property with a lovely swimming pool and on-site parking lot. The room was well-equipped with kitchen utensils, stove and oven. TV channels could be improved and, if you have lots of luggage, avoid staying in the tower which has a narrow staircase and no one to help.
