Nick and Alfred both manage the property extremely well. They help the guests with luggage as needed which is very handy in this location of Santorini. Oh, and the villa is brilliant with the best views on the island.

Best owner who is onsite and helps with anything including transportation. The views from villa are amazing and unforgettable. This is a great spot for families. We had six people. Highly recommend.

The property owner Nick and manager Alfred were outstanding in their communication and attentiveness regarding every aspect of the stay. From the moment the property was reserved, they went above and beyond to answer questions before we asked them....airport travel, luggage, local attractions and property inquiries. The property is a once in a lifetime experience and can really not be improved upon. I can not say enough about the owner and property, I very confidently recommend it!

I would love to keep this place my secret but cannot. What can i say but perfect! - amazing host, communication, location, view, staff, shops, restaurants, everything you will ever need!!! I reconnected with my greek roots through this place and felt as an extension of Nick (the host) family

If you want to feel the 3 blue domes, take this hotel. As soon as you open the hotel room door, you see the blue domes in front of you. The distance to the domes is 20 meters. Nick is so kind, and the hotel manager helped us a lot. If you can, reserve this hotel and feel Santorini.

Best stay in Santorini

This was my best stay in Santorini and my bucket list has been checked. The 3 blue dome is just directly next to our room. We can skipped the queue and take as many photos as we like everyday. Spectacular view of Oia . The room is huge with 2 toilets , a living room and a kitchen corner with coffee machine. We love their huge tv with Netflix/ yahoo channels and also the outdoor heated tub. Only 2 things if can provide bathrobe and disposable house slippers, it will be wonderful. Although we didn’t see the host, Nic, throughout the stay, our communication was smooth and fast response in app message. His assistant Alfred is our great help on luggage and information on the room. There are couple of tourists and photographers will come outside our patio for photoshoots but they’re not loud or noisy. Getting out and in maybe challenging with the crowd in the narrow lane as they’re queuing for photoshoot and they will think you’re cutting queue. Just have to take our keys and say we’re going yo our villas and they will make way. Overall, we love our stay and highly recommend to stay in this villa, slightly more costly, but it’s worth it.. the view and central location in Oia. Will definitely be back.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! The location was perfect and overlooking one of the most beautiful locations we’ve ever been. The property was charming, clean and had every amenity you need. The owner patiently waited to meet us for quite some time while our ferry was delayed and then walked us to the property (no roads to the property) while someone carried our luggage. He gave great recommendations for restaurants/area and was available if we needed anything. The hot tub was one of our favorite parts as well! The only thing to note is there are many people that come to take pictures near your iconic view and while there are signs and chains stating private property in that area it doesn’t discourage many. However we were tucked away enough that it was not as bothersome as we expected. Overall fantastic stay and the perfect end to our vacation, could not recommend it enough. Our favorite place we’ve ever stayed!
