Ubicación buena, habitación no aislada de ruido!
En general todo estuvo bien. La habitación era cómoda y estaba limpia, Sin embargo hay varias cosas que nos gustaría manifestar: Lo primero es que al buscar las características del hotel, dice que tiene parqueadero y es así, pero es en la calle sobre el mismo anden del hotel, y esto se debería saber antes de reservar, personalmente no nos gusta dejar nuestro vehículo por fuera así este vigilado. Por otro lado casi no logramos descansar, pues la habitación no está aislada del ruido y escuchamos gente en el noche y en la mañana como la habitación está pegada al comedor, todo el ruido de la gente se escuchaba. Otra cosa es que la luz que está afuera de la habitación debería encenderse y apagarse sola, pero estuvo toda la noche prendida y alguien la apago a eso de las 3 de la mañana, Y por último la losa en general estaba mal lavada, cucharas y vasos. o demás estuvo bien.

Mixed Bag... not that bad, Not great.
I stayed in this hotel twice in the last two weeks, giving it a second opportunity. Although I was not expecting something great, because of fits description as a boutique hotel and mainly because of its price, but it didn’t fulfill my expectations.
I can’t say the experience was bad, but there were A couple of things I specifically didn’t like. Nevertheless I’m going to start with the pros and then, I’ll mention the few cons.
On the positive side I liked the room size, the bed, breakfast was OK, Hotels location is perfect and the overall service.
On the negative side, I didn’t like the fact that most rooms face the street and the windows aren’t soundproof, therefore making it a little bit difficult to sleep at times. During my first stay, room 207 didn’t have enough water pressure and showering was very uncomfortable. Finally, the worst was the unstable Internet access, which got a little bit better on my second stay. They told me they are working on it and expect to have better Internet with the change of provider .
Mixed bag, but guess I won’t stay there again.

Es un hotel pequeño y excelente para viajeros de negocios, las instalaciones podrían mejorarse, pero claramente se puede constatar que lo mantienen con una gran dedicación, no descuidan los detalles y por eso el ambiente es muy agradable; excelente ubicación porque esta equidistante de varios de los lugares de actividad comercial y profesional de Bogotá. la atención del personal muy buena y cordial, especialmente la Srta Nancy se dedicó a arreglar un asunto referente a mi facturación de manera dedicada y muy amable. La red WiFi podría mejorarse.

Hotel bom, atende o que você necessita!
Hotel bonito, localização boa (perto de terminal de ônibus e da pra ir a pé no parque 93 e Usaquém), quartos limpos com cama boa, chuveiro muito bom e café da manhã bem gostoso.
Fizemos um check-in muito tarde e quando chegamos, fomos orientados pelo rapaz da recepção a entrar no quarto e no outro dia seria dado a chave. Erramos em não ter conferido os ítens de consumo e higiene que haviam no quarto junto com o rapaz da recepção no check-in, pois no momento do Check-out queriam nos cobrar dois ítens, sendo que não consumimos nada, ficou uma situação muito constrangedora, até mostrei uma foto que tirei do quarto no dia que chegamos e que não apareciam os ítens que estavam cobrando, mas não tinha como provar nada. No fim a moça da recepção não cobrou, mas ficou chato!
Sentimos um cheiro de cigarro no banheiro, mas reclamamos e a moça da recepção limpou na hora o banheiro e ficou melhor!
Funcionários atenderam prontamente quando pedimos!
Havia um senhor muito simpático e educado ( não sei se era o proprietário), que nos deu dicas com a localização.
Achei bom custo benefício!

No es un hotel. Es una casa muy vieja con habitaciones (que no son suite) en mala condición. El desayuno otra decepción. El servicio es terrible. La casa solo tiene una persona en recepción, quien es la que hace de botones, recepcionista, personal de seguridad, por tal motivo es peligroso, cualquiera puede entrar. Las fotos que adjuntaron a esta pagina, son viejas, modificadas. Su ubicación tampoco es muy buena aunque esta en buen sector. Aunque fue una emergencia y solo pase allí unas horas me parece demasiado costoso, me sentí engañada.

El.personal es super amable y siempre buscan la forma de solucionar tus necessitates. Es un hotel pequeño, tipo hostel, mas grande, pero lo mejor, la atención del personal. Desayuno sencillo, café, o chocolate, pan, galletas y Buenos al gusto.
