We didn’t know exactly what to expect from Bon Azur or the area, but were pleasantly surprised by both. The property is well maintained, with excellent beach views (and access). You do need a car to get around, but there are options within walking distance too (just not many). The staff is excellent…and very happy to help, give advice, and sort out any issues that may come up. Highly recommended!

The property is located on the beach and offers fantastic views of the beach and palm trees etc. A few minor inconveniences- no significant toiletries such as shampoo, no bottle opener, no universal adaptors in the unit for foreign travelers, no microwave in kitchen.

Nice suite with view of the ocean. Clean and fairly quiet. Some good local restaurants nearby. The suite was fairly well equipped but could have used some tea towels, face cloths & coffee filters. We tried to reach out by WhatsApp and email several times during our stay with the hotel team and got no response so there was no support in booking excursions unfortunately. With no reception at the site, it was difficult to know how to get in touch with them. Would stay there again but would not expect to get help.

Bon Azur Beachfront Suites & Penthouses by LOV This place is amazing!!! We were in Mauritius on business and decided to spend half of the trip in an apartment and half in a 5 star hotel. This place is as good as a 5 Star hotel! It is so good to be able to shop at the Mauritian supermarkets (Super U 15 minutes away by car) and buy the lovely local produce and cook a nice meal on the bbq and relax with Pheonix beer and wine overlooking the beach at sunset! We have now decided that when we travel to Mauritius we will exclusively use LOV properties simply because of the spacious accommodation, high level of luxury and great facilities and expert management. Soobhug was an incredibly brilliant host, smiling non stop and saying 'Yes' to any request we made. He was too helpful and when i needed an extension cable to allow me to work by sitting at the table and plug my printer and PC into a specific socket he brought one for me from his home! He was a wealth of local information and gave great tips for where to go for good takeaway food. The apartment B1 was huge with sleeping for 8 although it might be too crowded if fully occupied. For 4 of us it was plenty spacious. It was clean and cleaned daily by the lovely Joanita (sorry I might have got the name wrong) and she made a special effort to do a special decoration for my Son's birthday. This holiday complex is in a great location directly opening out on a picturesque stretch of beach (pretty but not swimmable due to volcanic rocks)

Challenging customer service

Nice appartment on the beach, great view at s peaceful location. Nice pool area. Don't get the breakfast from the place, doesn't live up to the standard. We didn't get a refund when they forgot us on the first morning. Which gave alot of negative kommunikation with there manager Wendy, who didn't seem to be present, and absolutely not helpful. Big confusion with dates and timetable in general. Go to the place across the street where you get the bedst fresh breakfast and freshly screened juice, at a much better price. Soophug on the other hand is trying his best to help. The place is a bit run down and lack alot of kitchen things, such as a water boiler. The fridge was broken and not working optimally. Inadequate kitchen utensils and pots that were worn out. dirty furniture and pillows. All in all inadequate cleaning such as electrical switches and handles. I will recommend to have a car upon your stay, since the beach isn't good for bathing or snorkeling, and there are hardly any shops or restaurant in the area. In short, we are not going to use the Lov resistens next time we visit.

Luxury on the beach

Absolutely perfect . Apartment was a spacious apartment with 4 huge bedrooms all with ensuites and air-conditioned. Kitchen fully equipped and apartment has free WiFi . Patio has a grill gas stove for days one wish to BBQ. Apartment is 25 mins from Grand baie where nightlife is and quite expensive by taxi however it's on the main road few steps from the bus stop. Apartment overlooks a lovely garden and infinity pool on the beachfront. Beach is not a swimming beach but just perfect to sit and take in the tranquillity of the island ... Absolutely lovely

The worst resort I have been to. It was infested with insects and property management is terrible. That are always late and worst part the don’t change bed sheet every day ( They Change it every 4 days). All advertising were false, lies and deception. This is a 2 star resort. Room service you need to order it 24-48 hrs before they deliver it. They cheat the coustmer by putting NON- refundable reservations so you will be forced to either stay or leve resort without refunds. Expedia were not helpful even though I share all photos and video of insects infection. This resort food is the worst from naer by small local shop and charge up more money than it’s worth . It’s a health hazard resort. Also, the location was in extremely bad location were you can not get any good night sleep at all.
