Aspectos negativos: Limpieza
The location of the apartment was great, the linens and towels were very nice and clean but unfortunately there were some negatives that need to be addressed. The second bedroom does not have AC so you really can't use it in the summer months. The third bathroom exhaust fan did not work so there was unpleasant odor. In addition to the fan, the sink was leaking so it was not usable. The walls of the apartment were stained, they all need to be painted and the apartment needs to be maintained. The apartment is located between the 1st and 2nd floors. If you use the elevator, you need to carry your luggage up some stairs to get to the elevator and then when you get to the 2nd floor, you need to carry your luggage down some stairs to get to the apartment. This will be difficult for older people and ladies with heavy luggage. There was one review on this apartment that said "exceptional", this might have been correct when the apartment was brand new but currently, I would not call it exceptional. The location is great though.
