The property was great for a short or long stay, spacious, clean, and ocean view. Heads up: the bed is not king size, it’s two twin beds together. The area is safe and walkable, but not the best for historical things, but you have the beach, restaurants, shopping, and groceries around.

Very nice place to stay in Arrecife

Very good location. Very clean. Check-in was flawless, and communication was swift. The noise from the bar outside was sometimes very loud and light sleepers can suffer from that. The place was well equipped, clean and modern.

Not an usual tourist location - discerning choice

Lovely apartment overlooking the harbour. Lovely beach 100 yard away. Not a tourist beachy holiday with cheap larger bars etc - more for the discerning break away in the sun. Lovely roof terrace. Fab time had.

Apart from the hiccups with the check in process, everything else about the apartment was fantastic. Very spacious and clean apartment with good view of the sea. Easy access to local restraurants,bus stand and taxi station which was just across the hotel. However, there were noise from the bar downstairs late in the night which can be a problem if you're staying right above. Overall a wonderful stay and would recommend.

Good location

Location is good. Several bars around which was a little noisy on Sat night but not noticeable at all rest of week. Fab pizza place up the road. Taxi rank opposite. Room spacious, clean and well kitted out. Only issue was online hotel checkin asked for passport front photo when they actually wanted the passport info page. Created a bit of an issue night before and day of travel to get sorted. Would stay here again.

The property is very well located, with ocean view at the left and beach view at the right. The design and furniture are very nice and the solarium in the last floor superb. Only 15 minutes driving to Cactus garden at north and 25 minutes driving to Fire mountains National Park at south, very popular attraction in the island. We rented a car one block apart of the apartment, with free parking included bellow the street level. There are pubs nearby and at 10 minutes walking distance to el Charco de San Ginés, kind of a lake that communicates with the sea, a beautiful area with several restaurants. The people that manage the property is impeccable, and we did not even need to meet in person. The entrance to the building and the apartment is key free, with same code for all. Amazing experience!

Nice modern apartments

Nice modern clean apartment with partial sea view from living room and bedroom. Stayed on 5th floor and had no issue with noise. There are 2 apartments per floor. There is a restaurant on the ground floor which is not associated with the apartments. It was quiet. Access is via keypad beside entrance. Code provided on day of arrival. Had requested earlier access if possible but not given until allocated check in at 3pm. Stayed 4 night, cleaning service provided mid stay. Nice small rooftop terrace with a few loungers. Only quibbles were poor quality of dish cloth and no area to leave waste bags/glass. Cleaner obliged with disposal. Overall very pleased with stay.

Un agréable séjour à Lanzarote

Très bon séjour dans un appartement très bien équipé. Il est situé à proximité d’une petite plage (pas la meilleure de L’île mais elle a le mérite d’exister pour se rafraîchir sans prendre la voiture). L’appartement est propre, grand et décoré soigneusement. Le seul bémol c’est qu’il donne sur une rue passante et le vitrage n’est pas assez insonorisant. En conclusion, je recommande. Un grand merci à l’hôte pour sa disponibilité et son assistance.

Voici ce que j’aurais aimé savoir avant de réserver : - le canapé lit n’est pas confortable - le parking est payant (et très cher) - personne ne vous accueille à l’arrivée (ce sont des codes et des messages sur WhatsApp) - l’appartement donne au dessus de bars et restaurants extrêmement bruyants et les 2 derniers soirs il y a eu des concerts jusqu’à 4h du matin (Même fenêtres fermées c’était littéralement impossible de dormir) Nous avons demandé un dédommagement et il a été refusé. Pour info il y a aussi des mini fourmis partout dans l’appartement (mais ça on aurait rien dit) et il faut réclamer pour avoir du gel douche. Bref, on ne recommande pas cet endroit sauf si vous venez pour faire la fiesta et que vous n’avez pas de voiture à garer.

Très satisfait, chic et confort, appartement spacieux et conforme aux photos. La Sun terrace en roof top est chouette. J'appréhendais un peu l'absence de réception mais ultra disponibilité par téléphone pour quoi que se soit. Je recommande, n'hésitez pas.

Comme presque tous les hébergements type appartement ou maison aux Canaries, l'isolation n'est pas bonne. Pour le reste, tout était parfait.
