The hotel was conveniently located close to the city center. There is a shuttle bus to and from the city center. The onsen was very relaxing and enjoyable!

Great Ryokan. Beautiful place to sleep.

The staff was friendly and be sure you book your stay with food because Arima has no restaurants available. And you will rely on conbi store. scenery was amazing

Definitely worth a stay!

Well worth the stay. We got a Japanese style room, so we were sleeping on a mattress on the ground which was an experience all on its own. The dinner in our room was good, I think I would’ve preferred dinner in the little town though. But it was very cool to wear the kimonos and go to the hot springs, this was very relaxing. Be aware that everyone goes into the hot springs without clothes on, but the water felt really nice and the women’s locker room comes with hair brushes, q-tips, hair dryers, and even face wash/toner/lotion. Don’t try to walk up to the hotel from the bus stop, it’s a steep climb, call the hotel and they’ll pick you up. Overall a wonderful stay!

Nice Onsen hotel

Very nice onsen hotel on the mountain with great views. There is a free shuttle down to bus terminal area. The service is less personal than experienced in other Onsen hotels. The Onsens were good, but all are indoors, one with views looking outside through glass window/bamboo curtains.
