good place for a one night stay during the weekend. Room just like the pictures. No reception, so for the check in the give you instructions to open a safe box to get a phone number to call. Then a 30 minutes wait to somebody appear to give you the room key. They say they have parking, but when somebody finally show up i already have found street parking nearby.

Hôtel très bien situé, excellent rapport qualité-p

Très bon accueil lors du Check in. Appartement spacieux et calme. Proche métro, tram, gare SNCF Arenc. Le petit déjeuner est moyen pour le prix, manque des oeufs et des fruits. Mais le gros point négatif est le blocage d une caution, une somme importante tout de même pour 1 nuit c est abusé.

Le petit déjeuner est trop "sucré-gras-salé". absence de fruits et de légumes. absence de lait végétal. un accueil plus chaleureux de serait pas de trop. Dans la chambre, trop peu de vaisselle. une lampe en applique cassée des poignées de la cabine de douche abîmées carrelage réparé avec un matériau différent. sinon, très calme et bien placé par rapport à mon programme

Bon séjour malgré une clim insuffisante.

Dommage que la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas bien en cette période de canicule. Problème signalé mais aucune intervention. Pas de changement de serviettes de toilettes en 6 jours. Dommage ! Dans d'autres apparthôtels, les serviettes sont changées régulièrement.

Correct mais sans plus

Hôtel plutôt confortable mais insuffisamment entretenu. La literie est confortable et propre mais l'état de la vaisselle, ainsi que la performance du lave-vaisselle laissait à désirer. La salle de bain était vétuste et les équipements insuffisant. Les produits cosmétiques offerts n'ont même pas été utilisé, il semblait s'agir de vieux savons laissés par les anciens occupants. La table à manger comportait 2 chaises pour une chambre prévue pour 4 personnes. Pour une nuit l'hôtel était tout à fait suffisant mais un séjour plus long aurait peut-être été moins confortable.
