Room was great but do note there is no early check in service. They also do not provide concierge assistance for luggage nor is there a luggage trolley so good luck if your luggage is not on wheels

Excellent and comfortable stay

Excellent location. Easily accessible by bus and MRT. Lots of shops and restaurants downstairs. This is like a mini one room apartment with kitchen and washing machine. Very comfortable bed. Toilet with huge bathtub and separate shower room. I like the Japanese design toilet cover that auto open too! I would definitely stay here again for next trip.

An average hotel with kitchen

It’s an average hotel that comes with a kitchen ( not for cooking because there are barely any cooking and washing wares provided). You will have to bring your own knife. The hotel has seen better days and seriously in need of a spruce up. The best thing about the place is the polite staffs.

Convenient!

5 mins walk to Zhongshan station.Eateries and shopping is everywhere.The hotel looks outdated and a bit old.The sofa is a bit torn too.The room has everything included laundry which is a plus point.

Very cosy space for stay and hang out after a long day. Closest subway is Zhongshan station, exit 3. Washer/dryer in the apartment is very convinent.

Small apartment, but had everything we needed, including a washer/dryer. Layout was a bit awkward, no proper place to open luggages, and too many sharp corners for young children. But for the price & location, cant really complain. Service staff was good, responsive & helpful. There isnt really a train station in easy walking distance (for those with young children), but taxis are easy to flag just outside the main door and cheap.

The room had everything we needed - washer/dryer, induction cooker, microwave, kettle. They also provided dishwashing liquid, sponge and more laundry pods as needed. The bathroom also had a 'dryer option' if we chose to airdry our clothes. Short 5 minute walk to ZhongShan Metro station. Very convenient. There's a supermarket just 10-15 mins walk away too. If you'd like to get to the city centre, you can walk through the underpass from ZhongShan to Taipei Main station. We had an issue one night with water leaking from the ceiling and unfortunately all over my ipad. Thankfully we woke up in time and my ipad is still functioning. We called reception who came with towels. But had to wait till their staff arrived later that day to fix the leak. When we returned in the evening, all was good by then.

Poor Maintenance of Estate

Nice service apartment and great location. Estate could have spend more effort maintaining/ upkeep of the rooms and amenities. For the price paid per night i could get better offer elsewhere.

Excellence and Friendly Apartment-Holiday

We really and are extremely happy with the service right from first day we check in and we met the front counter lady (who graduated from Temasek Poly) and the young men (felt like a younger brother 小弟) who is always smiling, both and all the other staff are so friendly and helpful. We have only one comment, excellence and keep up with the effort. The location is very convenience easy to go around and good food near by. Thanks KC

Comfortable with a modern touch

Room was stayed Park View King Suite almost true to self base off the images you see off the site. It was pretty spacious in the bed room but could use a little more at the sitting area as it has a glass partition separating the room and the living room. But overall it has a homely and comfortable feel. It has a kitchen, plenty of cardboards to hang your coats and store away your luggage bags. But the main thing that stands out from the room is the toilet. Automated toilet seat with built in heater, showering area, bath tube and 2 sinks for you and your other half. The staff was very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions. Highly recommended if you're planning to stay for more than a few nights. Breakfast is optional though you will have to pay for it. There is also a sitting area at the lobby equipped with beverages and internet. One more thing to add was in each room there is a handphone (3G enabled) which you use to navigate around the city. Walking distance to Zhong San Metro Station.

No frills. Don't believe the photos! Tiny rooms.

Room was very small even though there was a separate living area but the space was very tight and hardly enough place or us to out 2 luggages. The photo shown is very deceiving. Much smaller than the photos. There was an irritating beeping sound that just would not go away in the room. There was also a bad smell in the room that could not be removed even with the air filter turned on the whole time. Overall this is a no frills apartment. Beds are also extremely tiny. Location is good for shopping and food. Train station is walking distance and you can find massage places beside this place which is nice.

Great Service Recovery

There was a period where Wifi is not working, but the staff rectified the issue with temporary access by using other methods of connections, a good recovery services provided!!

Very good.

One of the best 4* hotels I hv ever stayed. The location is great. 5-min walk to Zhongshan train station. Shops and malls are all around the hotel.
