For reasons that weren’t explained, they kindly upgraded me to a larger room. The room was huge with amazing views.

Check in was quick, staff is very helpful and friendly, hotel is located near many restaurants and walking distance from the ferry terminal. Room was spacious and clean. I would stay here again
