The staff were amazing and super helpful throughout our stay. They make you feel so safe and welcome the minute you are there. We went in winter time but can see how this would appeal in the summer due to a rooftop area and pool. Rooms are huge and are equipped with everything you need. Would stay again on return to NYC and would recommend to anyone!

Great place to stay in lower Manhattan! Very clean. Washer and dryer worked great—appreciated that Tide pods were provided. Rooftop terrace looks fun for next time when not raining. Loved the remote key on phone but it did not work consistently.

Great size

Great size, well equiped kitchen and confortable bed. It has a coffee machine and they provided coffee, and the soap in the bath was great. But I was somehow not able to lower down the volume of the TV, there was a constant and annoying noise from a ventilation spot (not possible to switch off) and there are no many dinning options close. But in general is a good place to stay
