The room was clean, but the shades were kind of worn out. The bathroom light could have been replaced, it flickered when it was turned on. The other lights were fine. My room was next to tbe elevator, but the elevator was so quiet that i did not notice it being used. The hotel was conveniently located close to the Albisriederplatz tram stop, so i could ride the bis or take the lines 2 or 3 into the city center.

Even thought the property is in a good location, the room is facing the parking lot where people were talking and smoking. Without AC, it would have been nice to be able to tilt the window, but that didn't work. The room size is ok for 1 person, the bathroom small and both could use an update.

If I could give negative stars, I would. This is one step above a hostel. Pictures were NOT typical of our rooms. Lobby/stair areas was filthy the entire time we were there. Broken mirror in one room. I would not every stay here again.

Check in easy and room clean. Property quiet and close to transport into old city and airport. But heating and a number of other things were not working. Property managers do not reply in app so numerous phone calls were necessary. Was advised things were fixed but they were not. Frustrating.

I booked 2 rooms and only got the key for one. I was assured the 2nd key would be on the table of the room i did have the key for. The problem was only resolved at 8.45pm causing considerable disruption.

It was really awful! There were towels but they were used and on the bathroom floor, no hand wash, the TV and the mini fridge were not working. The bed was not done either and there was an awful smell in the building. Definitely not going there again!

Contacted management about it too, they said try back entry, but it was locked too. I replied with this information, asking about key for unlock front or back door but never got any response.

I was told not to say anything if you don't have anything good to say. This dump falls so short of expectations that i will leave it at that. Please don't consider this place. If you are booking for the area, stay at the Hotel Olympia. Zurich and Switzerland is VERY expensive but if you look at price, this is a bit cheaper than the Olympia. Pay extra and stay at a hotel. I have pictures of all the problems. I contacted the management and nothing was done. Made service for all 6 days was nonexistent. Just stay away from this place. Any positve reviews are probably bogus.

I booked this room to stay two days in Zurich. To be honest it was very disappointing for me. There was no soap to wash hands or no shampoo or anything to get clean. Also the facility doesn’t have anything you can find in every facility like even a glass to drink water. If you just want to sleep and be outside whole day then yeah you can book but if you are looking for a place to relax and enjoy your trip then do not advice this facility.

The checkin was terrible, apartment booked was not available (keys werent in the safe), checkin email was not provided, had to call the office to get my key code and then the key wasnt there. Office sent someone and informed me that they will come within 20 minutes, they showed up 1:50 hr later! Had to stay in another location as the keys to the unit booked were not available at all. Once in the apartment, it was fine.

Just kind of gross. The shower leaked and almost flooded the room, the shower curtain was cheap and kept falling and we had to keep re-hanging it, the floor was just gross and never felt properly cleaned, the mattress didn’t have a fitted sheet and was covered with a standard sheet so I woke up multiple times throughout the night with my face was all over the gross bare mattress, the neighbors next door were so loud and wouldn’t stop screaming till 1-2 in the morning. Just kind of a crummy place to stay.

Sujo e inseguro

Algumas toalhas e roupas de cama não estavam bem limpas. O controle remoto e a chave estavam bem sujos. Para fazer o check-in foi horrível, porque eu apenas recebi o código e mais nenhuma informação ou orientação sobre onde pegar as chaves e o número do quarto. Cheguei tarde da noite e fiquei rodando até encontrar um hóspede para me mostrar que eu deveria ir atrás do prédio encontrar uma caixa na parede, onde eu deveria colocar o código. Também teve algum problema muito sério em um apartamento do meu andar. A polícia foi chamada e a porta ficou lacrada até o final da minha estadia. Bairro inseguro. Hall de entrada bem sujo também.
