I accidentally left a paring knife that I had brought with me in the utensil drawer. The knife says Cutco on the blade. We also spoke with Tracy about locating the knife. I haven't stayed at the LandMark before, the grounds are beautiful and it is very clean and well maintained. I do not understand why the 2 bedroom units are lofted and have no privacy. It seems very unnecessary. No one can use the living space if someone wants to go upstairs and laydown because that room is open to the living area. It is odd and unnecessary opening. If that was walled off I would rate the stay higher. Clean, pleasant staff, nice place.

The room layout was very nice with one bedroom downstairs and one up. Kitchenette was a nice addition to our room. The shower and bathroom need an upgrade. The shower head is set very low and the water off/on and temp handle was very loose making it difficult to regulate temp. The floor in the bathroom was gross in the corners, the inside of the shower curtain was stained.

Overall this worked well for my needs with 3 kids, we had a lofted unit. The biggest bed was in the loft, stairs are definitely a challenge if you have little ones or in the middle of the night. Main floor bedroom had a smaller double bed and then we used the pull out sofa. Bathroom is on the main floor. Overall these condo buildings are really tired, dated and need a good cleaning and updating. The pool is in the main building so we walked over to use it, the hot tub in that building was lukewarm. The hot tub in our building was warm but there were never any towels. View is gorgeous. Outdoor spaces are gorgeous. Location is good and close to Egg Harbor. I would stay there again, but not for what I paid! Definitely accurate as a 3 star stay.

Our master bedroom was very small that we had no room to put our luggage. The living room rug was very dirty with stains all over. The whole Condo we stayed in needed a good cleaning to get the cob webs out and needs a painting. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen setup was good. I didn't see a vending machine which would be nice and when we ran out of items we made a call and they were brought up pretty quick. We asked for a ADA room with a walk in shower and was told it would be 300.00 more because they only had a water view and we asked for a wooded view which i dont think they should charge you more for that

This property has a prime location, high on a bluff with beautiful views of the bay, but needs an update badly. We looked forward to having a hot tub in our building, only to find that it wasn’t really working, with a few weak bubbles. The pool was not heated properly, and when I reported this to the front desk, i was told this was due to the ambient temperature outside. However, the pool at the next building over was much more comfortable. The onsite restaurant was not open during the days of Labor Day weekend that we stayed there, so leaving the property by car for dinner was a must. The interior of the building was definitely dated and in need of an update to carpet and furnishing. Unfortunately, as units are individually owned here, there seems to be a lack of proper management and planning for modernization of this resort. Lots of potential that is yet unfulfilled.

The Landmark in Egg Harbor - Nice!

We were fortunate to book the Landmark at the last minute and the rate was good. Not much interaction with staff on a 2-night weekend stay, so check-in was good. Bed pillows were not great; only thin sponges, so glad we brought our own this trip. Nice having a full kitchen. Bathrrom and wash area very small, but OK. Overall, very happy with stay as the location was outstanding.

Beautiful place to stay. 1. Condo was roomy, nice to have a place to sit and visit, play cards. 2. Beds were comfortable. 3.Shower had hot water for all 4 of us to take long showers. 4. Plenty of carts for luggage. 5. Plenty of towels for bathroom and kitchen. 6. Nice area next to both sides of the bed for C-pap machines. 7. Beautiful area with lots of trails and trees. 8. Elevators for those who need it. Stairs are wide and lighted. 9. Nice common areas to hang out and talk or play games. 10. Very quiet 11. Price was great to split between 2 couples. 12. Parking was plenty and drive up to load and unload was great. Some improvements that could be made: 1. Bottom bedroom was hot if door was closed. 2. Coffee maker lid was broken but still worked. 3. Fridge froze items but still appreciated having a fridge. 4. Hot tub was dirty, extremely hot, and jets didn’t work. But it was huge and had a nice outdoor area attached. Those were a little disappointing but we all in all had a lovely time and will be back.

Very damp, not walkable

The room was two floors, which was a treat for the kids! Having a dedicated adult bedroom also seemed like it would be great for us! The big problem was the AC system. First, it wasn't big enough to keep the whole room cool. The loft was really warm, even in October. The bedroom doesn't have its own AC, so you have to keep the door open to stay cool. The AC in our room wasn't capturing condensation, so it was dripping all over the futon. I let maintenance know but they didn't seem too concerned. Landmark is also out of town and a sizable resort, so walkability isn't great.
