Excellent stay

Our stay was great! Apt was spotless and brilliant location in Lisbon. Communication with owner was excellent and they gave us great tips for our visit.

Great location, big apartment but needs a little upkeep molding in shower, slow drainage, missing soap in soap dispenser, kitchen faucet to be changed, very hard beds & small to flat pillows. A lot of dining options, all walkable distance a lot of sute seeing, property owners are quick to answer & clean overall apartment & building.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment is clean, the AC worked very well. It was extremely central, very easy to get around Lisbon from the area. So many restaurants and shops.

Outstanding location, great apartment

We were pleasantly surprised about Casa da Baixa. Our unit was roomy and the location was simply outstanding. There is a coffee shop on the ground floor and two excellent restaurants just across the street. The cathedral is just up the hill. The train station is a 17 minute walk away, while the main plaza at the harbor entrance is 5 minutes away.

Decent property, furnishings are IKEA, while not necessarily bad, as I sometimes visit IKEA myself, cheapens the place a bit. Otherwise no issues, good accommodations.

Stayed two nights while in Lisbon and it was perfect. Clean, central, and easy to navigate. Just keep an eye on your emails for the check-in process to go smoothly.

Spacious, sunny, clean, quiet apartment located 100 meters from the Praca Commercio. Minimal furnishings. The bathroom shower and sink drains can use a little work.

We loved our stay...

The property is well kept, and our accommodation was very convenient for a family of 4. I think the property entrance could have a clearer sign (it's a bit difficult to find the door, and we saw other families struggling). Also, be prepared to self-maintain your apartment during your stay since there is no service to clean during your stay. Location is excellent, in the center of the city, easy walking distance to all restaurants, bars, and touristic sites.

Nice and clean apartment with great amenities.

The apartment was clean and had all the amenities and the area around the apartment had a lot of restaurants and the view from 7th floor was great. The only issue I noticed was the entrance to the apartment building wasn't very noticeable and we had to go around the block twice to figure out the entrance.

The location was great, & the best restaurant com certeza! right across the street was wonderful, however the apartment left something to be desired. I felt like I was being assaulted by a fire hose in the shower, legitimately a painful experience, & the bed felt like laying on cement so we just slept on the futon sofa which was slightly better. The batteries also died on the in room safe so we couldn’t use that which was disappointing

Clean & close to everything

This place was super clean, sunny with lots of windows, quiet. It is close to everything including the port where we boarded our NCL Getaway cruise (It was three blocks away!) We walked to everything - restaurants (are right outside the door) as well as the port, train stations, and places of interest. There is no reception desk or workers on-site. You are given a code to get in the front door and your apartment. There ia a QR code to get instructions on how to operate the TV, A/C, etc.. The unit has a small fridge, 2 burner cook top, microwave, coffee maker with pods provided, pots, plates, etc I will note that the shower drain did not drain vey well however we did not call for service so I am not considering that in my review.

The organisation of the stay was ultra complicated and inconvenient. When you book, you don't pay the local tax but it is needed for you to get the access codes as there is no reception at the place. The personnel is nearby but with very inconvenient opening hours. I was sent various links to pay for this 8EUR local tax but none of them ever worked. They finally agreed to send me the access codes for the first night but I had to go and pay the tax in person in the morning otherwise the codes would have stopped working for the second night. We lost part of the the morning to red tape when we could have gone visiting the city. A very unpleasant experience with very uncompromising people. Never again.

This apartment is more like a hotel than an apartment building, All communication is done via Third Party messenger e.g Expedia in our case. The problem with this is when you get your entry instructions and you enter your room/apartment and it turns out there is already another party already in the room you have noboby to take care of this on the spot. Called customer service, who nonchalantly told us we were given the wrong room instructions as if it was no big deal, no apology for us or the poor couple we walked in on. Check in is not until 4pm, seems late compared to other locations and Family room for four would not really be accurate as the pull out sofa was not much bigger than a twin and our two small kids did not really fit on it. Apartment is big and in a good location, well equipped and nice and cold air conditioning. Washer and drier combo was a nice touch. Parking is a nightmare as this historical area tenders to local residents mainly.

We liked that the unit was spacious and bright and close to sights. We liked that you had a washer in the unit but having a few laundry pods would have made a great difference! Also adding a couple of kitchen towels would help. The pillows we initially had hardly any filling but the extra pillows given later were better. A few extra touches like this would go a long way in really making the place comfortable for your guests.

Great location but disappointed by cleanliness and comfort I stayed at this property from July 5 to 7. The apartment has great potential and is very well located, making it easy to explore the area. However, I was disappointed by a few important details. The shower was not properly cleaned (I even took a photo), and the bed was not comfortable at all, which affected the quality of my sleep and overall stay. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and comfort, this apartment could really be a wonderful place. Unfortunately, these issues made my experience less enjoyable than expected.
