An interesting stay for the RWC23 to watch games in Marseille. It was quiet when we stayed and so the pool was empty and nice. Loungers are good. The apartments were acceptable, with working aircon in the downstairs and both bedrooms. Layout was a double bed and bunkbeds. Sofabed had broken slats and many of the chairs were broken. The entire resort appeared very tired. Suspect it would be very loud and poor value in summer, but for us out of season it was fine. Quiet and no one was around. Went for runs in the woods, which was great. Food at the golf course was excellent, with a wood fired pizza oven and steaks. Note that they try to charge you €10 pp extra for bedding. Not a massive amount but just feel cheated when it's added on when you arrive. This should be in the advert and Hotels.com should do more to prevent this kind of behaviour - seen similar on VRBO for gites...

Avis très négatif – Hygiène inacceptable Séjour extrêmement décevant à la Résidence Terres de France – Cabre d’Or. L’état de propreté du logement est inadmissible pour une location touristique, même à bas prix. • Oreillers sales, jaunis, tachés, visiblement jamais lavés. • Radiateur de salle de bain couvert de poussière, saletés et traces suspectes, donnant une impression d’abandon total. • Présence de moisissures au plafond, dans un angle, signe évident d’humidité non traitée et potentiellement dangereux pour la santé. • Traces d’humidité et de dégradation visibles sur les murs et le plafond. On est très loin des standards minimaux d’hygiène et d’entretien attendus dans une résidence de vacances. Cela donne le sentiment que le ménage est bâclé voire inexistant entre deux locations. ➡️ Logement insalubre, manque de respect total envers les clients. ➡️ Aucune confiance possible dans la gestion de l’établissement.

Cet hôtel est tellement catastrophique que je ne sais même pas par où commencer. On a réservé un appartement 2 chambres mais on nous a donné un appartement1 chambre car ils ont inversé les réservations. Le veilleur de nuit nous a donc donné une autre chambre. Dans cet appartement le ménage n’avait pas été fait. Il restait la brosse à dent des anciens occupants. Tout est cassé. Il n’y avait que 2 coussins pour 4 personnnes. L’appartement était sale plein de toiles d’araignées. Et il n’y avait que 2 coussins alors que nous étions 4 nous avons donc dormi
