Good location, not far from the main train station, but lovely and quiet area. The staff were all fantastic and the amenities great. The apartment was spacious, clean and with good security. There were good links via tram and bus and a great Italian just a short walk away. About 15mins up the hill was a nice local centre with cafes and a small supermarket.

This was my 2nd time at Ema House Service Apartments and it was as good as last time. Very smooth check in and staff were very helpful and friendly. They explained how all the equipment worked and all the equipment worked ad expected. Nothing to complain about. Plus, I love the location. Very peaceful and yet relatively close to city center. Will stay again without hesitation.

The spacious apartment was outstanding. Located on a quiet residential street, the small apartment building blended in perfectly with its surroundings. The furniture was well appointed, making you feel at home. It is well located, a 10-minute walk to the train station, and another 5 minutes, you are in Altstadt. The River Rhein is visible as you walk toward the station. A perfect stay.

We loved our stay here! The place was super clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The kitchen has everything you need, the beds were cozy, and the whole place had a nice, homey vibe. The location was great – quiet but still close to shops and restaurants. Check-in was easy, and the host was super friendly and quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway!
