The people were friendly but could not communicate because they do not speak English and I do not speak Spanish. the floors in the bathroom, staircase, and other common areas are made of highly polished material and they are very slippery. The bathroom needs a bathmat so people do not skid. I fell three times in the shower while taking bath. There are no grab bars in the shower to help you break the fall. The toilet was not flushing right. As a vegetarian with diet restrictions (no egg, no cheese, no meat), I did not have many options for breakfast other than the fruits and hot chocolate. Wish they could have accommodate my needs and try to give me some arepas or tortillas for breakfast. Also when the food runs out before breakfast closing time, they do not refill items even if we request.
