Nice grounds but basic room

Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. Staff were helpful, you got a welcome drink too. As a gold member we got an upgrade but not sure on its improvement over standard one. Worse view and same interior. Bed was quite uncomfortable and room felt a little basic. Pleasant enough but wouldn't stay again.

Das Zimmer war in der untersten Etage und klein (Superior Zimmer mit Meerblick gebucht).Kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten für Kleidung. Lediglich 5 Kleiderbügel. Kein Stuhl im Zimmer. Balkon hatte gute Größe, leider durch hohe Hecke keine Aussicht. Bad und WC ok. Personal war sehr bemüht, mitunter - insbesondere im Barbereich - überfordert. Frühstücksauswahl ausreichend. Wunderschöner Ausblick von der großen Terrasse. Unsere Erwartungen wurden nicht erfüllt

Prima esperienza in questa struttura. Viaggio molto, cambio spesso luoghi e cerchiamo di trovare posti come CapoSperone Resort, che dire? Location bella, e ben integrata nel verde, ideale per chi lavora e cerca tranquillità e ottima cordialità. Il ristorante ha proposto un menù dai gusti mediterranei e innovativi, provare per restare colpiti. Stanza confortevole. Staff ben coordinato. Vini ottimi.

Resort bellissimo con una posizione meravigliosa Camera piccola ma con una veranda spettacolare con una vista sul mare La doccia era un po’ vecchia e con calcare sui profili cosa che per un resort a 4* non lo concepisco. Anche la parete del water presentava muffa o altro Il ristorante ottimo anche se la prima cena potevano mettere un po di pesce nella pasta al nero di seppia e la frittura di calamari e gamberi era veramente povero

Hotel con ottima posizione panoramica

Gentilezza e cordialità di tutto il personale. Ottimo panorama dalle camere pulite ed ampie e dotate di terrazzino che dava direttamente sulla piscina e sul mar Tirreno. Abbiamo anche provato il ristorante: ottimi antipasti di mare e primi piatti. Ha rallegrato la nostra permanenza un simpatico gatto che girava tranquillamente tra le camere. Unico neo, l'odore di chiuso che ci ha accolti il primo giorno nelle camere. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Palmi marina, Tropea e Scilla. Se interessati alla ceramica artistica Seminara è a brevissima distanza.

Posto con un alto potenziale sfruttato malissimo. Personale cortese e gentile sia in reception sia in sala e vista spettacolare. Per il resto… Cucina discreta, ho mangiato un risotto che scotto è dire poco. Pulizia pessima, doccia piena di calcare. In più, se si becca un giorno in cui il resort ospita un ricevimento la piscina è disponibile solo fino alle 18:30 In camera patatine del discount…eh no! In un 4 stelle non lo accetto.

Soggiorno fantastico in ambiente da sogno

Bellissimo è dir poco. Struttura fantastica, belle camere con balcone vista mare e stretto di Messina, ottima accoglienza, bellissime terrazze comuni, vista mozzafiato, silenzio, spa meravigliosa con persone competenti come tutto il personale. Se non sei di alta scuola difficile far parte dello staff di Capo Sperone. Ottima la colazione servita sul terrazzo vista mozzafiato.

Pro: location per eventi molto bella, la vista, i pannelli solari, personale piuttosto cordiale, sky, i tavolini decorati. Contro: camere vecchie che odorano di chiuso, pulizia da rivedere, bagno piccolo e calcare OVUNQUE. Il telefono non prende, il wifi nelle camere superiori potete anche scordarvelo, ho fatto segnalazioni più volte ma fondamentalmente ti pendono in giro dicendo di risolvere presto e poi non si risolve. Il letto matrimoniale non è assolutamente matrimoniale ma sono due singoli attaccati male con creazione di una voragine al centro se poco poco decidi di muoverti durante il sonno. I materassi più scomodi mai provati. Le camere, oltre a tutti e mille i difetti elencati sopra, sono MOLTO buie, un singolo lampadario blu scuro con una luce che non illumina niente manco a pagarla oro, ho dovuto scegliere i vestiti nella valigia grazie alla torcia del telefono. Tutto questo è stato prontamente segnalato al personale, che si è attivato subito per non risolvere assolutamente nulla, della serie "Sig.ra mi dispiace ma è cosi". Ho pagato ogni singola notte senza un minimo di scuse da parte loro, con la conclusione che manco se dovessi essere pagata io ci tornerei

molto deludente

struttura e servizi totalmente inadeguati ad un presunto 4 stelle (non aspettatevi nulla). quasi ogni giorno festeggiamo matrimoni nella struttura quindi piscina pressoché inutilizzabile. colazione molto deludente e approssimativa, qualità mediocre. le camere sono molto anonime e poco rifinite, perfino il frigobar non funzionava. personale poco professionale, specie la proprietà, sembrano fare tutt’altro che lavorare nel settore dei servizi turistici. pessimo, soggiorno da dimenticare

Amazing views and great breakfast. We stayed in the older section and the rooms are not up to date. Room had ants on the desk, we could not get our room switched to a different section, only offer the room next door. Air conditioning smelled moldy. We stayed there during a wedding which was a bad idea. Loud music went late into the night along with fireworks. Entrance is very steep, difficult to get in and out of the resort. Overall, it could be amazing, but too many issues, even ran out of toilet paper and was tough to get more. Overall was not a great stay.

Nice place.

Nice place. Probably more setup as a function center with overnight accommodation for the attendees rather than a tourist hotel. Not recommended if you don't have your own transport as it's a bit isolated and there is no public transport. Staff were mostly excellent but the one or 2 who seemed to have better things to do than drive you into town or check in a budget traveler spoiled it for all the other beautiful people there. Rooms are concrete and noise echo is a bit bad, especially if you are on the top floor and have a concrete roof which doubles as a car park and play area for those further up the hill. However management were very helpful when alerted and kindly moved me to a quieter room. Nice view across the sea but unfortunately it is too steep down to access for a walk.
