We came from the US to visit a family member, this is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we love it. The price is amazing for what you get, we stayed in the Villas and the apartment was very nice. The staff have always been so nice and the area is just beautiful. The Imatran Koski is a definite must see! We are at O’Learys and had the same waiter both trips, and he was amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable of the menu, made us feel very welcome and the food was really good. We will definitely stay here for future visits.

Huone oli hyvän kokoinen kahdella makuuhuoneella, erillisellä WCllä, saunalla pesuhuoneineen sekä parvekkeella, josta järvinäköala. Huoneisto oli osittain kuluneen oloinen esim. kylpyhuoneiden kaapistoissa vesivahinkoja ja parvekkeen sohva rikkinäinen. Saunan askelma penkeille oli suorastaan vaarallinen. Makuuhuoneen pimennysverho ei kattanut koko ikkunaa. Yleisesti ympäristö vaikutti vähän rähjäiseltä ja väsyneeltä, siistimpi yleisilme olisi toivottavaa. Pettymys oli myös palvelujen ja aterioiden korkea hinnoittelu ja se myös, että esim. kuntosali oli asiakkaille maksullinen.

Huoneistoon kuuluva grilli oli törkeässä kunnossa. Lisäksi kaasu oli loppunut ja kolmesta polttimosta kaksi rikki. Jouduimme selvittämään asiaa vastaanotossa useamman kerran ennen kuin saimme upouuden grillin! Uuni kuumeni hitaasti ja vain 80 asteeseen. Leikkuulautoja oli vain yksi ja todella pieni. Lisäksi huoneistoon G 35 ei kuulu pyöriä, mistä olisi hyvä ollut olla maininta huoneiston kuvauksessa.

Our stay was okay. The hotel room wasn’t bad, the sink was just dirty at the base. They set up a sofa bed even though we had an infant and needed to set up our playpen. But we could have asked them to take it down after check in. The breakfast wasn’t bad, they had a lot of food. Just busy and expensive. We liked the resort itself and the cafe on the beach. Our biggest complaint is the misinformation on the Expedia website. It says there are 4 pools, 1 outdoor pool, and 1 whirlpool. We assumed these were free because it didn’t say anything was extra. However, it was 27€ per person for one day. We opted not to pay that and use the beach instead. They need to clarify this on their Expedia.

Hinta-laatusuhde oli nyt kyllä enemmän kuin kohdallaan! Meitä oli 3+3 majoittujaa ja koira ja puitteet olivat erinomaiset tälle seurueelle. Uimaranta ja puistoalue sekä ulkoleikkipaikka saavat myös meiltä pisteet. Tulemme uudelleenkin!
