The cave suite was beautiful and very clean. Elena was a wonderful hostess and extremely accommodating. She was in constant communication with us. The view was breathtaking. Location was perfect. Daily breakfast was wonderful. I would absolutely stay here again.

Breathtaking view of the blue dome churches overlooking the sea from the suites. The breakfast is delicious and adds to the charm. Would stay here again if I come back to Santorini.

Amazing views and best service

This place is AMAZING. The views of the caldera were unbeatable. Truly, one of the most beautiful places I stayed. Moreover, Anastasia (the concierge) was fantastic -- she arranged EVERYTHING for us and was very responsive. I wish we stayed here last on our Greece trip b/c we got very spoiled here. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.

Incredible location right in the heart of Oia. Zina was awesome, easy to communicate with and had excellent recommendations. In a high foot-traffic area with bold tourists coming down private steps to get photos mostly in the mornings but an easy trade off for the location. Breakfast delivered was delicious & more than enough food. We will absolutely be back :)

The best hotel hands down in Oia! I booked this suite for my honeymoon and it was the best location hands down. The staff was amazing and so friendly during our stay we didn’t want to leave. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking. We splurged and booked the room with a private jacuzzi and view of the Caldera in the blue dome (not the cave suite) and it was well worth it. The accommodations were great and I highly recommend this place solely for the amazing attention to detail and the caring staff. Breakfast was amazing and custom made every morning. Very clean and amenities were excellent.

Grand unobstructed view of the famous blue domes. Super friendly and attentive staff. They will help carry your luggage to your room when you check in and check out. I would recommend paying them to pick you up from and to the airport, trust me, don’t deal with the public buses.

Host Zina was great. She has been communicating before we arrived and helped with arrangements for the transportation. She was always available for any questions. During our trip airlines delayed baggage. When the airlines delivered the baggage to main reception, Zina even arranged to get them to delivered to the room. The location of the property is amazing. You are in front of two blue domes. I will stay again in the place

The property host Anastasia was amazing and very helpful and caring about her guests. She made a lot of recommendations where to go nice spots and excellent restaurants to eat in Santorini. She will coordinate as far as what you want for breakfast every morning and always check on us if everything’s okay and asking if we need anything from her. She is really a big asset for her employer. I also want to mention about her helper who carried our luggages, forgot to ask his name but he was so nice and very happy to do his work. Thanks also to the guy who always bring our breakfast and he was a very nice and hard working person.

The suite has spectacular views of the blue domes and is centrally located. Just keep in mind it’s right by the domes, so there’s constant foot traffic. If you value privacy, this may not be the best fit. The room was sparkling clean. However the bathtub is a little run down. The fridge was stocked with bottled water. We were welcomed with wine, fruits, and crackers. The porter service was excellent. Be sure to tip, as there are many steps and their help was essential. Breakfast was a great touch and saved us time in the mornings. Elena was an amazing hostess. She responded right away when I had trouble with the iron and realized I hadn’t pushed the plug in all the way. She was very attentive and sent lots of helpful recommendations. Highly recommended.

The day we arrived took so much longer to arrive at the hotel because they were doing road construction therefore a ridiculous amount of traffic. Anastasia, came to greet us because our driver was unable to drop us off in front of hotel. Why? Simply because our hotel is literally on a cliff. So if it wasn’t for Anastasia taking the time to greet us when we arrived there was no way we would have been able to find the property since there is no lobby. Anastasia was super helpful. Always available via phone with helpful information and assisted us in making reservations. I will gladly stay here again. The best service!!!

Best Cave Stay Ever!

Everything and everything was amazing! Anastasia the host was so nice and friendly!! She made sure that we were taken care of! She arranged our dinner reservations, transports and many more things and gave us some amazing recommendations as well ! Was amazing to wake up to breakfast every morning and was lovely to see the cleaner as she was so nice and helpful! Made the rooms spotless honestly. Was always stocked with wine and grapes and water which was amazing to have after a hot day
the luggage carrier (savvas) was also amazing throughout this whole stay from maintenance to any other needs we had. Anastasia also helped us arrange a rental car for a good price which was really good. I was also really sick for a few days and honestly she was amazing, she gave me medication from the pharmacy and made me feel 1000% better which i thank her so much for!!! She also provided me a map for the island with recommended places to go to. I still have alot to say but overall this has been an outstanding cave stay with the jacuzzi!!! And if im ever back in santorini
I will be back again to this same place!!! Hope who ever books this place you will enjoy it as much as i did! Thank you so much for everything!!!

Unbeatable location with signature view of the blue domes outside the private patio. Check in was easy, and Natasha was very helpful, assisting with restaurant recommendations and reservations, transport to airport, etc. We only wished that breakfast was included for this price as some other similar range places do provide. Our stay at Luxus VIP suites was beyond amazing! From the moment we arrived to Santorini, the staff from Luxux VIP suites was very helpful and welcoming. We scheduled pickup services from the airport. They were on time and helped us with our luggage. When we arrived at our suite, it was breath taking. Unbelievable stunning views from our balcony and the suite was gorgeous. Large space inside and in our balcony area. Very clean, good size bathroom, great outdoor hot tub area overlooking the stunning views. Every morning we had a delicious large breakfast brought over to our room. We were able to pick from a menu what we wanted each morning and the time we wanted our breakfast. Our outdoor hot tub and room were cleaned every day-great service. Another amazing aspect of our stay was our very helpful/ kind host Natasha. She made our stay even better. She helped us with any asks we had about our suite and also helped us plan our trip. She made reservations to restaurants, boat excursions, horse riding, etc. She is the best! We definitely recommend staying at Luxus VIP suites. When we go back to Oia, we will be staying here again for the amazing/convenient location, stunning views from the suite, spectacular service provided - such as delicious daily breakfast, cleanliness of the suite, and the undivided attention/help we received from our wonderful host Natasha. Our stay was unforgettable and we are very grateful for such an incredible experience. 😊💕 💯recommended!

Best views in Oia right behind the Blue Domes. Natasha was excellent host, with daily communication and great suggestions. Getting in and out of the suite is up a long set of steps that are a hot photo spot and you have to navigate through a lot of people. Pack light as the steps are steep and the pathways are small cobblestones.

The view here was absolutely amazing no doubt one of the best spots for a beautiful view. Giannis and Anastasia were extremely helpful and friendly and made our stay the best in Santorini. Very close to all the stores and restaurants in Oia. Going to book this spot again when i return to santorini.
