Location is great, close to a lot of restaurants and bars, and therefore not particularly quiet but manageable. The rooms are great and the staff is nice. Public transport is really easily accessible.

Really nice hotel

The hotel was really good. Rooms were nice and clean. It is located like 100 meters from the U-bahn so it’s an excellent location if you’re planing on going around the city. The area around the hotel is amazing as well. A lot of pubs and restaurants to chose from. Only thing I can mention is that there were no air conditioning in my room and it was super hot in Berlin when we were there but I can’t blame the hotel for the warmth. They did what they could by putting fans in the rooms.

Near U Bahn

Nice hotel, comfortable bed and room. Very clean. Let down by very poor internet, almost unusable. Sadly the area is not nice and doesn’t feel safe after dark. Drug dealers openly in steps to U Bahn. Hotel entrance could benefit from more staff presence as opposed to being on 1st floor. Breakfast very good value and quality. Would stay again though

Overall good hotel, the major minus is that it has no air-conditioning. We had a fan in the room but it was still quite hot in the evening. The area has a lot of hipster restaurants on some of the streets, and more immigrants and less "nice" places on its other side.

There is no air conditioning meaning the rooms are unbearably hot in the summer. Because of no air con this is not a 4 Star hotel as it claims to be. Avoid if you can.

Avoid this hotel! I had booked a superior room, but was given an inferior business room without being told. When I asked to confirm this was the room type I had booked, the receptionist lied to my face and claimed it was. It felt as if it is standard practise in this hotel to give rooms on a first come, first serve basis, regardless of what has been booked. I have yet to see a refund for the difference in cost.

Berlins worst 4 star?

Horrible experience. Kids working the counter who are more busy talking to their friends, sending snaps and dressing unprofessionally - then helping the guests. Rude and unprofessionall management. Rooms are inspired by those furniture stores you never understand how are not bankrupt, smells like a BMWs wonderbaul collection and the toilet paper is "2ply" but the cheapest kind. Breakfast must be the worst I've experienced at any hotel, let alone a 4 star (this hotel brands themselves as a four star - BUT BE AWARE - it is more like a two star, at best). Location is "OK" within Berlin, but physically it's in-between a 6 road crossing. No grocery store, convenient store or kiosk that will accept credit cards near by, and no ATM that doesn't charge horrible fees either. Coffee in the lounge was garbage, might I add. Water from the tap is basicly undrinkable, water bottles are crazy expensive, showerhead was "chalked" and not nice. Save the money - stay away!

Ich war mit meiner Mutter zusammen Gast im Hotel für einen Kurztrip in Berlin :) Die Rezeption ist im ersten Stock und überschaubar. Die Anmeldung war schnell und wir wurden sehr freundlich aufgenommen. Unser Zimmer war sauber und es gab nichts zu beanstanden. Gegenüber gab es eine Baustelle und dementsprechend war es teilweise was lauter -da kann das Hotel aber nichts für und wir sind auch nicht so empfindlich. Zuerst denkt man auch die Ecke wäre vielleicht nicht so sicher, aber wir hatten keine Probleme. Es gibt fußläufig viele leckere Lokale und z.B. die Markthalle Neun und das Freiluftkino Kreuzberg (ca.15 min zu Fuß). Trotz schlechtem Wetters ein schöner Kurzurlaub.
