De accomodatie was ruim, schoon en gezellig ingericht. Ook was er voldoende basis goederen aanwezig zoals afwas middel, vaatwasmachine zeep. Er was altijd een mogelijkheid om extra koffie,thee, toiletpapier, keukenrol, vuilniszakken te halen. Daarnaast was er in de keuken ook zout, peper en olie beschikbaar. Het enige wat beter kan is bij langere verblijf ( wij verbleven er 6 dagen) meer (kleine)handdoeken beschikbaar stellen! Het contact verliep per text bericht en verliep snel!

Very good place overall

The place is exactly add the pictures.. Very big and very Good bed's Pillow's and cleaness. No complain at All, location is very good for every place you want to. Parking is fine just be careful since it's very tight and a big SUV will have issues I guess, a regular one is fine Communication can be better overall. I have to call to know the code to get in..I have to call for the parking logistics and the payment was not possible using the link. I have to give all card detail by phone since there was no other way. I tried to call for access issues over weekends and there is no support. Then the elevator got bad and it was even worst communication. No way to get it until we figure it out, no external code was giving for outside door .Took 2 days to get it fixed. Appreciate the late check out after that thought.

Cómodo y amplio, excelente ubicación

El departamento está muy bien ubicado y muy cómodo, éramos 3 personas y cada una tenía su propia habitación, solo llegábamos a dormir así que no lo aprovechamos mucho, pero es ideal para familias por ser tan espacioso. La cocina está equipada; en los baños hay toallas, shampoo, papel, etc; cuenta con lavadora (no la usamos). Tiene elevador. El estacionamiento tiene un costo de $10 dlls diarios, son lugares pequeños, nosotros llevamos una cross y entro bien, hay que ser hábil para no “embarrarse” en los fierros pero si entramos muy bien. El checkin y checkout son “virtuales, no sabíamos que el checkout se tenía que hacer estando en el departamento y ya habíamos salido cuando vi el correo que lo mencionaba, sin embargo mandé mensaje mencionándolo y supongo fue suficiente porque ya no nos contestaron. Lo recomiendo ampliamente y espero tener la oportunidad de regresar.

O apartamento é maravilhoso, super bem localizado, aconchegante e limpo, o que fiquei muito frustrado é de ser tudo por senha e nenhuma me dar acesso ao imóvel, tiver que ligar no SAC para solicitar liberação, isso foi terrível, fiquei preso na garagem sem conseguir acesso ao hall de entrada por mais de meia hora. Não tem um atendimento no local prejudica muito, e a campainha do lado externo é de enfeite, já que você toca e ninguém atende.

No recibí la información para accesar y fue complicado comunicarnos porque era muy tarde y no pude llamar de mi teléfono porque venía de otro país. EL último dia el elevador se quedó sin servicio y con las maletas nos fue difícil bajar. EL departamento estaba muy bien y estuvimos cómodos, la ubicación es buena y en general todo estuvo bien fuera de esos percances que tuvimos.

Muito util para familia

O apartamento embora fique em uma regiao mais calma de Coral Gables, tem facil acesso as vias que chegam rapidamente na Brickel e consequentemente Miami Downtown de carro. O apartamento tem toda estrutura na cozinha para fazer as alimentaçoes em casa.

The property was nice and clean and had spacious rooms. The only thing that was bothering me was the parking garage it was hard to park your car in there and it’s hard to get out of the car because of the walls around the parking spots
