Great hotel, friendly staff, very clean and well maintained. Delicious breakfast when we woke up. Really this would be 5 stars of the air conditioning in our room worked. Everything else was great! Would recommend 👍.

Nice hotel

The hotel looks lovely. The room was a good size with balcony. We arrived late but they provided clear instructions how to get into the building and collect our room key. They provided tea bags but no kettle to boil some water but there was a coffee machine but no capsules. So that was a little disappointment. Part from that all was good.

Molds in bathroom. They started to take some breakfast items like sausages and hams away 1 hour before the breakfast end time, left us very few option. Not only me but everyone was surprised. After telling the receptionist, they brought them back to dining room from kitchen.

Lovely place to stay! Room was great with everything you need. Reception staff very welcoming and helpful. Included a nice breakfast and was very reasonable price per night. Nice to be only 20 mins from Salzburg.

This hotel was outstanding, from the time we arrived we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who were able to answer every question we had, the place was immaculate, and the best shower we’ve had in the past two weeks. Breakfast was the best. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect hotel for our family if four. Room was spacious and loved the kitchenette. Daily breakfast room was lovely and tons of quality choices. The scrambled eggs were amazing. There was a little path to walk down to the pedestrian district in town. It was a short and peaceful little walk to dinner. I think it’s been newly renovated as everything seems new and in great condition

The room was advertised as sleeps three. Husband and I barely fit in the double bed (think US double). The room is great for one person or two small. The staff are very friendly, the surroundings beautiful. Highly recommend but check bed situation for sure. Also no air conditioning, just chilled air. Was very warm till outside cooled off and we could open windows.

Great Mountain Getaway

Easy after hours self check in. Breakfast was superb and had a great mountain view!!!! Restaurant was under construction and there was no access to the outdoor seating area, which was a bummer but not the end of the world. Super safe hotel. There were 20 to 30 police officers staying at the hotel and it seemed to be a normal thing.

We had a great time here. Stayed a week with our baby in a larger room. We found the staff to be very nice and welcoming. The hotel had easy parking for a small nightly fee. They provided us with a local guest pass for train and discounts at restaurants. We frequently went to Salzburg which was a short 20 min drive. The breakfast was good and also had a nice view. Like others have said there were regularly police here and they were kind and helped us feel more safe as tourists. The hotel was actually very empty and it was a little eerie but ultimately we enjoyed the quiet especially woth a baby. Rooms were clean and had all the amenities for a week stay. Highly recommend

After 5pm, late check-in is required and we have just done that. You just have to contact the hotel (I did it via email) and they will send you instructions on how to perform the late check-in. No issues, it was quick and easy. The main part of the city can be reachable in walking distance (5-7 min). The room was clean and had everything I needed. My room had a great mountain view which was a plus. The breakfast was excellent, enjoyed very well and the dining room was looking over the mountain as well. And friendly staffs, we would definitely visit here again.

I was supposed to travel with my father who unfortunately died the same morning. Despite of requesting for the refund, the property refused as if i am making an excuse. No human values and would never prefer to ever book this property even if at all i go to Bad reichenhall anytime in future.

Stayed at Das Rundum for 3 nights over a long weekend. We arrived outside service times, so got the keys out of the keybox, which worked well. Rooms are nice, modern and in very good shape. We had a room with a balcony, the hotels offers nice views of Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast was great, nice selection and quality of food. Service was very good and very friendly. A big plus is the possibility to rent an ebike. You have to install an app and book the bikes through that. The app could be a bit better, because its not possible to see for what days bikes are available before booking. But once that was out of the way everything was great. The bikes are very new and very powerful. There are great (and easy) bike paths around Bad Reichenhall. We rode the bikes to Salzburg, which was a very enjoyable ride, we had a great time. Overall very recommended hotel, good value for money!

Wir waren schon das dritte Mal da. Die ersten Male waren wir begeistert, aber mit jeder Reise nimmt die Begeisterung ab. Das Personal beim Frühstück wird jedes mal etwas unaufmerksam, die Auswahl lässt etwas nach. Es sind alles Kleinigkeiten, sie nehmen aber zu. Insgesamt immer noch gut. Ob wir hier das nächste Mal buchen wissen wir nicht, die Konkurrenz hier ist groß.
