HORRIBLE

Appartement très sale, rien ne fonctionnait ! Radiateur non purgé, baignoire sale, rideau de douche beaucoup trop long qui baigne dans l’eau et qui ne sèche pas, vaisselle pas adaptée pour 5 ( casseroles pour 2, que 3 assiettes…), volet roulant cassé qui ne ferme donc pas, canapé lit cassé qui ne s’ouvre donc pas, chasse d’eau qui ne fonctionnait qu’une fois sur 2. C’est très décevant que Hôtel.com ne vérifie pas les locations avant de les proposer sur le site. Je ne reviendrai jamais à CIMS 3000 !!!! Location à ÉVITER !!!!

Appart hôtel non conforme a ma réservation sur votre site. Insalubre, mauvais accueil, personne pour parler notre langue. Wifi gratuite dans réservation et sur place il faut payer. Publicité mensongère.1 ampoule seulement fonctionnait sur 5. Pas d état des lieux entrants.

1er problème : réception des clefs prévue à 17h réalisée après 18h car retard ouverture agence. 2eme problème : pas de linge dans l'appartement et obligés d'attendre leur livraison à 20h 15 ! 6 familles ont attendu ensemble. 3eme problème : un des volets roulants était bloqué ouvert sans possibilité de le fermer. 4eme problème : une pièce salon-salle à manger aux murs ornés de tâches. 5eme problème : le personnel ne parle que l'espagnol contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans votre présentation ds hébergements. J'ai dû servir d'interprète !
