I highly recommend. The apt was furnished very clean and nicely stock with everything you may need for 2 days or longer. There’s a beach just down the street and Cocoa Beach was a quick 15 drive. Many places to eat and neighborhood was quiet. Our stay was for 2 days, and the cruise port was close by.

Glad to have made the choice of coco sands villa over a hotel stay. The villa was very nice & clean. I appreciate the ease of the check-in process & the fact that it was accommodating to the fact that we needed to check in late without worrying about the reservation being cancelled. I will definitely reserve for this location again!!

A whole one bedroom apartment for a great price! A full kitchen, blocks away from the beach, great communication with host. Had no issues everything was great! Definitely recommend.

Stayed 3 nights for the Artemis 2 rocket launch. Short walk to the beach where we seen the launch occur. Was Awesome. Short walk to bars, restaurants and stores. Would stay here again.

The place was very nice, clean and roomy for 6 people. The location was walking distance to several restaurants and food marts. We did a 15 minute walk to beach and were disappointed because properties were mainly private and the water was not very clear. Mostly private docks, so we didn’t go in. All in all, the area was nice and quaint for a one night stay before boarding our cruise ship.
