Overall I think this place was a good value for the money! The only notes I have is that the mattress could use to be rotated, as there was a very noticable slope that made it uncomfortable, and the table on the wall was wobbly. Otherwise everything was nice, parking wasn't too difficult and we enjoyed our stay

A decent place to stay when exploring the Ballard area. Walking distance to everything. Room was small and well-equipped. Walls are very thin, so having earplugs provided was much appreciated. Seems strange to offer a coffee machine in the room without mugs, but we walked downstairs to the kitchen to grab one. Walls need a good clean, but everything else was pretty good.

The check-in process was very easy and communication with the host (Vince) was fantastic. The shared communal area on the first floor looked very clean and modern with all of the appliances. The bedroom (Zumbo) on the second floor was very nice, clean, and modern as well. I liked that the room had a cooking area with a stove, microwave, minifridge, sink, and dishes to prepare food. I also really liked how clean, bright, and modern the bathroom was. I would definitely come back during my next visit to Seattle!
