Great location...

I’ve stayed here a few times and it is always good value for money and easy to use, the communication with the host is good and the different choice of rooms is good. Free parking is available overnight a few minutes walk away after 6pm. Place is always clean and quiet.

Really pleasant little apartment very well located in the centre of Malton. Had everything we needed for a weekend stay and was very well equipped.

Great location, needs updating IMO, bed very comfortable which saved the stay. Keypad to the room not the easiest had to press several times to enter every time I used it. Door needs lifting as sticks on closing so have to slam.

Great Location

Outstanding as usual, I’ve used the place before and will be back the next time I’m in the area. The location is great, right in the centre just metres away from pubs and restaurants and shops. The flats are warm, comfy and well set up for cooking your own meals.

A clean comfortable apartment located in the centre of town with the bus and railway stations within a 5 min walk. It suited my needs and will happily stop there again.

Location is excellent!

Excellent stay with a safe and very quiet surroundings. There’s lots of safe parking across the road through a small passage way which is £6 per night and a two minute walk away. Flat is excellent, clean, roomy, bright and has all you need. Bed, sofa etc all comfy and shower good. Would definitely use this place again.

An old property in the centre of Malton. Convenient location. Parking in Long stay public car park opposite the property. All the facilities required for a self-catering or eat out stay were provided. Beds very comfortable.

Lovely weekend get away

Fantastic little apartment in a brilliant location. Apartment had everything you needed and more for a weekend away. We had apartment 5 right at the very top, so no noise. Theres 2 long stay car parks nearby at £6 for 24 hours.Only complaint would be the key code to get in. I really struggled with it, especially after a few drinks 😉

Nice appartments in centre Malton. Good layout with kitchen lounge area. Two tv's in appartment and fully kitted out kitchen. We had a little issue with the room which was quickly sorted out . Plenty of food places and supermarket within walking distance Only issue no parking on sote

The apartment was clean and beds comfortable but we weren’t aware when booking, that the apartment had only tony roof lights and nothing apart from a tiny bit if sky could be seen from inside which felt rather depressing.

Good, but could be better with some fine tuning

Comfortable enough stay. Cleanliness could be improved - dirty kitchen units, a used plaster sticking to the extension cable for the large fan in the bedroom. Seating in living area not big enough for more than one person, and chair is also falling apart - one side of chair barely hanging on and a hole in the bottom of the sofa/chair which was visible with the torn under fabric. Couldn’t get the oven to work at all which limited dining options. Bathroom needs a bit of TLC. Great communication from the owners regarding entry, and info on the surrounding area.

Mixed bag but overall good - Would stay again

The positives - VERY central - really good location. - Good sized room - All necessary amenities and access to more if needed - Great communication - you get a booklet thing the day before with loads of info about the room, the building and the local area - There is a Car park directly opposite. Negatives - Not the cleanest. The shower had a weird gap round it that did not look clean at all, and the floor by the toilet was a bit grim. You could see all the rust marks where the toilet brush holder had been moved around. The toilet and shower themselves were clean though. - Mattress is two pushed together and quite a deep gap between them. - The room was right on a main road by some traffic lights so a little bit noisy sometimes but nothing major - Tight staircase - ok with a hand luggage sized case but not sure how you'd get on with a large suitcase.

A lovely central base for exploring Malton, and really handy for the train station too. It's seemingly an old building so some creaky floorboards, and some noise bleeds through from apartments above, but it was a very comfortable stay.
