I really thought the location of the hotel was very good since it's right in the heart of the Palermo area and next to plenty of high quality stores and restaurants. The staff were very professional and helpful despite my lack of Spanish fluency. The room itself was well-furnished and clean, with a great balcony view and a large comfortable bed. Overall, I'd say my stay was among the best stays I've experienced at a hotel.

Central comfortable apartment to stay in.

I stayed at soho point central for 3 days. Loved staying here it was so central and convenient. The rooms were comfortable spacious apartments, clean with all the amenities. Felt like I was staying in a local residence. The absolute best thing here were the staff so friendly and helpful made my stay so much better. Especially facundo, lily and flor. Will definitely come back here.

The rooms were old and dated, bathroom with cement on the walls. Overall the feeling was of an old apartment upgraded with low funding. Location is good, dining around on, but for 200 USD a night you can find real hotel with much better valued for money. I suspected that and I chose it only because most of the typical hotels were fully booked on my stay.

Great central location, but no clear visible signage (if any) that you were at the right place. Just a big solid steel door. Once inside, the staff - Carla and Sol - were lovely and helpful! We thought the place was overpriced for what we got, and a lock of paint and a general spruce up of the apartment wouldn’t hurt.

A localização do hotel é o que faz ele valer a pena. Melhor local para restaurantes, passeios a pé, fácil acesso a tudo. O atendimento no hotel é excelente e educado. O hotel é bom, mas precisa de mais cuidado. Tudo muito desgastado, piso, banheiro. Mas o destaque negativo vai para roupas de cama e toalhas velhas e furadas, e travesseiros horríveis! O hotel tem tudo para ser ótimo, mas precisa de renovação.

Positivo: O hotel é muito bem localizado e de fácil acesso. Check-in foi simples e rápido. Quarto que fiquei era "Superior" e comparado com o resto da minha família foi realmente mais bem equipado. Contava com cozinha funcional com louça, talheres, fogão elétrico portátil, chaleira, torradeira, microondas, e geladeira. Internet lenta mas funcional. Ar condicionado na sala e no quarto funcionando bem, chuveiro quente e com pressão apesar de ser dentro de uma banheira. Cortinas blackout para deixar o quarto escuro. Negativo: Elevador minúsculo. Algo no quarto deu muita alergia em todos nós - era sair do quarto que melhorava. Cama de casal eram duas camas de solteiro juntas e com colchão bem antigo, já sem qualquer espuma/mola - mas os lençóis e travesseiros eram bons. A limpeza dizia ser a cada 3 dias mas TODO DIA tinha alguém entrando no quarto e arrumando a cama, deixando uma sensação de falta de privacidade.

Chambre désuète avec un moustique mort sur le mur de la cuisine. L’état de la chambre était lamentable . Pire chambre loué jusqu’ici. Les draps était maculé et déchiré , le plancher de la salle de bain était complètement endommagé /manque de tuile au sol. Moisissure dans la douche . Chambre mal insonorisée. Très mauvaise expérience à cet endroit .
