There were garbage bins outside the door, the building entrance was nothing like shown on the photo. The kitchen had an overused dish sponge that obviously had bacteria breeding on it. I sent a message asking for 1 more pillow and never heard from anyone. Will I stay there again? NO, I can find a much better place for that rate.

Weird

You don’t know it but you have to buy your own toilet paper, thanks for the last minute… The doors aren’t easy to open, no one is here when you need them. It was a weird experience for me.

Le séjour s'est bien passé (confort, propreté...). Par contre, le code d'accès à la porte ne fonctionnait pas et une personne de la résidence a eu la gentillesse de me faire entrer. Sinon, je restais bloquée devant la porte.

Bien situé et bien isolé du bruit

Situé pas très loin du tram, le logement est bien entretenu et en bon état. Les chauffages ne fonctionnaient pas, alors un chauffage sur roulette était dans la chambre, mais pas pratique pour aussi chauffer la salle de bain. Équipement standard, résidence très calme.

Signalétique minimaliste pour trouver l’endroit. Une personne au bureau, à défaut d’être à l’accueil mais qui a fait ce qui fallait pour prendre en charge mon bagage avant mon check in, merci. L’établissement est au cœur d’une résidence étudiante, sympa la touche souvenir ! La chambre est sans âme, équipée de façon très spartiate avec du mobilier « étudiant ». La TV est néanmoins de bonne taille et le wifi efficace. Il ne faut pas être un peu dépressif… sinon ça peut achever !! salle de bain avec petite douche à rideau… pas top pour l’hygiène même si c’était propre Sinon l’arrêt de tram pour rejoindre le centre ville est à deux pas. Le point hyper positif reste le rapport qualité / prix.

Studio sans charme mais fonctionnel, de l'espace, un bureau pour travailler. Manque de lumière : un seul éclairage au plafond dans la pièce principale, une lampe de bureau et une lampe de chevet auraient été bienvenues. Equipement minimal pour faire la cuisine, apportez votre canif ! Le premier jour, la porte du placard de la cuisine a lâché (problème de charnière pas très compliqué à résoudre avec les bons outils). Je l'ai signalé, on m'a annoncé une réparation qui n'est jamais venue (je suis restée 4 nuits).

Essayer d'être plus humain dans la communication

Bonjour, il y'a une erreur dans l'adresse de la residance. 48 au lieu de 46. La procédure de l'annulation doit se faire 24 ou 48 h avant le jour d'arrive. J'ai rester dans le hole de l'établissement plus d'une heure sans avoir une réponse simple sur ma réservation car les employés de l'accueil éte en plain réunion. Mais il fallait envoyer quelqu'un pour éliminer mon sentiment d'instabilité. La femme de ménage a accéder a ma chambre a 10h30 sachant que il est mentionné que mon départ c'est a 11h00. J'ajoute une chose ma femme était enceinte a mon arrivé a l'établissement

Un peu déçu pour ma 9ieme nuit

Pour la 9ieme nuit j'ai été déçu. Déjà la femme de ménage qui viens en me disant que j'aurais dû libéré la chambre alors que non non j'y suis bien pour une nuit encore et ensuite l'alarme incendie a 00h30 qui donc m'oblige a descendre dans le hall ou je me retrouve avec 10 autres personnes, l'alarme s'arrête mais jamais aucun humain n'est venu nous dire si il s'agissait d'un exercice, une véritable incendie ou une fausse alerte. J'ai donc passer le reste de la nuit a douter un peu. Sinon l'établissement reste fidèle à lui même; propre, accessible, proche de transport et de commerce et suffisamment confortable.

Buon appartamento

Come esperienza devo dire buona. La spiegazione di come recuperare le chiavi a come restituirle devo dire molto chiare. La stanza lo trovata molto comoda e presenti frigo e piccola cucina e bollitore molto utili anche se io non li ho utilizzati sono rimasto solo una notte. Nel complesso davvero ottimo sia per soggiorno brevi che lunghi, ottima anche la posizione.
