We had a great stay at Kasa Dilworth! It really felt like our own little apartment away from home! Very clean and comfy. Getting into the apartment wasn’t difficult (I was a bit worried with the “contact-less” check in!) the codes were sent to my phone and we had no problems! I wish we had more time to check out the pool, but they closed at 7pm! Overall it was a great stay, we would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Very functional space beautiful appointed with everything you need to cook some meals etc… great fitness center and across st from very good running area and very safe neighborhood. Close enough yet far enough from uptown. Would definitely return!!

Looks nice to start and then down hill.

The beds arent the most comfortable. Also the living room couch is uncomfortable to relax and watch tv. Grout in shower is damaged and toilet doesn't flush everytime you try to flush it. Also was interesting that there was so much helicopter noise at night. Found that strange. Additionally after checking out I received an email stating I had broken the pet policy even though I had not. A few stray pet hairs either transfered from petting a dog outside or on my sons blanket he brought from home. I was informed they would be charging me an additional cleaning fee. Will not be staying there again.

The property itself is awesome once you’re checked in and in your apartment for your stay. The pool was great with plenty of seating, valet trash pickup if you’re staying during the weekdays, and plenty of creature comforts to make your stay easy. The property is located in what seems to be a nice location and puts you within minutes of anything you could really want to do around the area. The only issue is the check in instructions.. it’s not that they’re hard to read, they’re backwards. The gate it tells you to enter for parking is the exit and the check in option for “virtual key” is actually “visitors pass.” Also be aware that when you leave, you have to have the parking pass to exit the garage, then you must park and reenter the building to return your key and parking pass to the apartment. All in all it was a great stay for the price and location alone.

Nice apartment for a couple or small group

The apartment was amazing with a great location. Overall, my partner and I were very happy about the stay. There were plenty of utensils, pots, pans, plates, bowls, etc in the kitchen. The living room and TV were great. The natural lighting and indirect lighting fixtures in the apartment were spectacular. The double sinks in the bathroom were so useful along with the washer/dryer in the walk-in closet. The design of everything was great and many essentials (trash bags, toilet paper, soaps, etc) were included so that we didn't need to buy anything during our short stay. The entire apartment was also so neat and tidy, ready for our arrival. There are a couple of things we didn't like, but are very minor and might be up for preference. There was no bathmat for the shower, I didn't like the cloth shower curtain, I would've liked a stronger water pressure, there wasn't a front door mat, and the bed was too firm for our liking. The building was also slightly confusing to navigate, but we reached our room on our own every time. I cannot speak much about the garage/parking situation as we did not travel with our car. I do recommend this listing for any couple or small group to stay. I wasn't sure what to expect when booking but my expectations were surpassed!

When we first arrived, the property manager noticed my Metallica t-shirt and from there was super friendly, super helpful, and I appreciated the ability to be able to text with her. I without a doubt was literally floored as to how beautiful the condo was. Absolutely immaculate. Gorgeously decorated, well stocked so my kids and I could make meals….. They literally asked if we could buy it! The gym is surprisingly well equipped and super clean, the pool was amazing, the view from the top floor patio of the city was stunning. The park out front is beautiful and very well kept, and we walked to the stadium and felt safe and walked to shop and ….i could go on and on!!! It was a fantastic stay!

I was impressed by the property. It was welcoming and clean. I was given instructions on accessing the unit prior to my arrival. The inside of the unit was clean and comfortable. I had everything needed to cook a meal if I didn't want to eat out. My disappointment lies with the tub being clogged and no one available to fix it. There's no 24 hour maintenance for emergencies. I emailed the property immediate and still no response. My daughter's and I had to take a shower standing in dirty water. It's been a couple days since we checked out and still haven't heard anything from the property.

Everything was great down to the location. Enjoyed the amenities especially the pool. If you’re looking for a nice spot in Charlotte this is your place and prices are great! Everything is close by in the heart of Charlotte. 10/10 highly recommend.

The property was nice. It was quiet and had nice amenities. The apartment seemed a little run down though and i wish it would have been within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. But overall i had a great experience and the owners response was amazing if i had any issues. I would definitely go back again.
