Front Desk was unavailable during the evenings. They never answered the after hours telephone number. Alarms went off at night and they said no one was available to turn them off! Another guest had to call the police for assistance with the alarm. No one from the hotel ever showed up! No communication whatsoever! Only good thing was room was clean and ample enough for three persons.

We booked this for a one night stay prior to a flight the next morning. There was a Carrefour mini-market as well as Aldi close by to buy some fruit and breakfast food. We found dinner and dessert nearby as well without any issues. Only thing we did not like was that the sound was coming in from adjacent guest rooms (coughing, toilet, running water). Being closer to airport and on the Metro line were our primary goals and we were overall happy with our stay.

The location was beyond amazing, 10 minutes to the Las Ventas Stadium, it was lovely. The staff was lovely too, I recalled when I enquired about laundry, they provided me with laundry pods without even asking for free. When we have concerned over speaking spanish over a delivery package, they helped us too. Thank you HA Apartahotel Quo Erosa. The room was incredle, had a little kitchen attached to it. Thank you - we love our stay there.

Nice, but need improvement

The room is beautifull and spacious, excelent shower, but the main external blind was stucked in a position which left street lights entering the room during the night and could not be opened during the day. The worse of both worlds. I asked to be fixed, but took more than 24hours to receive an answer. Also there is no light curtains, so its either no privacy at all, or completely shut. The only mirror in the room is a face mirror in the bathroom, very high up. I could only see half of my face.
