The staff at Miramu Osaka - Namba Station, are amazing and went above and beyond to assist us when a member of our family needed to see a doctor during our stay. We are very grateful for their care, and everything at the property was great.

Location is great. Really vibrant, fun part of the city that felt safe to walk to dinner etc at night. Good for kids, the small lobby area has board games and free coffee/ tea & cool drinks which was nice. The hotel felt like home away from home. The staff at reception were so friendly and happy to help us. We stayed at a few other hotels across Japan and will re book with Mimaru next time mainly due to how great the staff were.
