Comfortable Stay at a Reasonable Price

The bedding was good. Two pillows for each person was home-like feeling. A/C worked well. Bathroom was also functioning without any problem. Efficient and diligent staff. Thank you for the service!

Good location

Stay was pleasant, only for one night. Location of hotel is nearby many foods and drinks area. Room cleanliness is acceptable. Only problem is the air-con a bit noisy in room 104. I would recommend this hotel to friends.

Casual Hotel Room

A casual hotel without much facilities or items in hotel room. For a traveller myself that spent more time outside, I wouldn't require even a fridge in the hotel room and hence it is the most cost savvy room for travellers like myself.

Lower your expectations

Second time I stayed here with my family of adults. Once you lowered your expectations, things feel much better. At least it is a place to spend 2 nights. Stayed there because of its convenience.

Clean beds

Clean beds, that is about it. No make up bed, aircon in some rooms not cool, no serive, not friendly staff, and the loud music from Tipsy Money just kills it. If you ok to sleep late or able to ignore the loud music. It's not a bad place to stay

Aircon leaked. They asked me to shutdown the supply and wait for 5 mins.. after 5 mins same issue. Went to front desk again and they came in, checked.. finally they changed me to another room. Went to 2nd room at 3 rd floor, the room key was not working. Went down and i told to them the issue.. they say impossible. Later they came up with me and saw the issue... they gave another key to go into the room... image the trouble that i went through. Room noisy from outside.. pub, eyc. As as 5.30am, noisy because of the dumpster

Won’t come back again

Reception was ok. Room was rundown, bed was hard. Bathroom looks ok but the whole toilet was flooded after taking a shower. The water did not flow. Aircon was leaking water whole night. Room was not sound proof, very noisy.

Room card can’t open the door and have to wait about 1hr for them to send over the spare key. Most of the rooms are same, cards can’t use. Room 202 water tap was spoiled n room floor very stinky. TV also spoiled.

Very Basic hotel

- Wifi not working - TV remote control broken with scotch taped. - TV can on but offline. Cannot watch - Broken dressing table can see with a pole tahan below - Bidget water spray control is at tap. Not head - The single bed bedsheet is with stain - To sutera mall need walk about 10-15mins depending on your pace. Suggest just take grab RM6 only - walk way carpet is flipped. Be careful will trip - carpark is public just in front of hotel. Evening is very packed. - location not prime but surrounding got basic food and 24/7 convenience shop (imitation of 7-11) - after 8pm got a lok lok van. Didn’t try. Very basic hotel. Stay 1-2 nights still ok. Won’t recommend for long stay.

Disappointed

Check in abit delayed as recep could not find our reservation. Was told motel is fully booked and could not upgrade. Booked 3 rooms (2 dbl and 1 twin). All rooms have odor. Had to buy an air freshen to try to clear the room air. 2 dbl had windows but aircon compressor just outside so it was very noisy. Walls not soundproof. All of us were tired instead of rested after one nite stay due to all the noise. Mattress was hard and pillows were old and soft. Twin room water tap was falling off. Motel is quite run down.

A Bad Encounter wt both Here Hotel & Hotels.com

Hotel reception turned us away as they said that their system was overbooked and asked us to contact Hotels.com directly. We had already paid fully for 2 rooms for our family through Hotels.com. We were held in an overseas call wt Hotels.com and not allow to hang up until the hotel verify that we were turned away. For more than 30 mins we held on to the call but according to Hotels.com their multiple calls could not get through. Naturally I was enraged and sought alternative accommodation on our own since no one could resolve the problem. I asked the hotel staff to give me a written note so that it would be easier for me to seek for a refund but was refused as staff said it was not hotel problem but Hotels.com. Whatever, please note the inconvenience caused to your hotel guests.

チェックインおよびチェックアウト時のホテル担当者の対応が最悪でした。他者と会話、携帯動画を見ながらのチェックイン、アウト対応、部屋のアメニティが壊れていたので交換してほしいとお願いしても無視。 ホテル担当者の対応が最悪すぎて、次は泊まるのをためらいます。ホテルの部屋はきれいでしたが、機器の故障があったり、蟻が多数いたりして、快適とまでは言えないレベルでした。

I booked a deluxe room and was given a superior room and was told its the same which in fact a huge difference in room size... Place was dirty and filthy bath towels

Check in 2pm strictly.

Didnt allow early check in which is weird. Eventhough its the hotel's policy for 2pm check in, but previously it was fine to check in earlier than that at even 12pm. It was a sat, which doubtfully the friday night was full and it wasnt even holiday or festive period. Furthemore most of the other hotels in the area allows early check in, thats y i said its weird.

A simple room for a night's rest.

The room is small, n the bedsheets n towels were rather yellowish. They don't provide bottled waters, but boiled water in a bottle instead. The room not fully sound proofed. I can hear the guest next door most of the night. The only plus point is that it is cheap n location is great.

Good location, there are plenty of restaurants and night entertainment venues around, and also the sutera mall. The room (premium double) was small, and had a very bad smell, hallway was dark too, and there is a serious need for sound proofing. You could hear everything that is going on in the hallway. And a mini fridge would be greatly appreciated.
