Worth the stay

Amazing property in CDMX. Close to the nightlife and food. Great customer service. I’ve stayed at other properties around CDMX and this is by far one of the nicest! Definitely will be back.

True 5 star experience. The hotel is small and cozy, but rooms are very spacious. It is very modern, clean, quiet. Staff are wonderful (especially housekeeping and doorman Rodrigo). Walking distance to good restaurants, if you like Japanese check out Fugu Sushi which 4 mins away. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The 2-bedroom apartment was large and very clean. Modern with nice amenities like a fully stocked kitchen. The staff were welcoming and helpful. There is a lovely rooftop patio and a jacuzzi that you can reserve. Great stay!

As our first time in Mexico City we were unsure of where to stay. This area was recommended to us due to it being in a safer zone. However, our trip was mostly for shopping & the area was rather far from all the main shopping centers. Traffic held us back at least 30 minutes each trip. The hotel itself was very clean and comfortable. We just weren’t too fond of the area.

Super relaxing, very accommodating! Cool feature is they have a hot tub near the rooftop terrace that you can reserve once per day, no extra charge. Would highly recommend!

Absolutely loved our stay at Leonora, Martha was soo helpful and kind, as was all of the staff! They were prompt with any requests and made our stay pleasant! The area was safe, nice and not too noisey with several restaurants in walking distance! Will def stay here again and recommend to anyone visiting CDMX!!

Property was super clean, everything almost new, they had security and front desk 24 hours. The unit had A/C in whole apt. Their beds were very comfortable with king size mattresses. The only thing apt did not have was washer and dryer. I highly recommend this property.

Really great stay in a very nice apartment. Martha and the staff were all extremely helpful and she had many restaurant recommendations in la Condesa. All of them great. Property is in a perfect location with easy access to Polanco, Roma and the big local park, Chapultepec. Would recommend and stay here again!

Amazing stay and experience. The boutique is very clean and always smells nice. Location is in the heart of La Condesa and you have an endless number of restaurants and attractions to visit. The staff from Sergio to Martha and everyone else are incredible. If you enjoy a luxurious experience with an intimate feel then this should be your go-to.

The perfect place

Beautiful place ! And in an amazing location! The beds have got to be the most comfortable beds i have slept in while traveling ! The staff is super welcoming and helpful. If you are trying to party in your room this is not the place for you but we had an epic weekend and this place was perfect! Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment is what we stayed in with 2 restrooms ! Close to so many restaurants i didn’t pay more then $12 for an Uber all weekend. About a 25 min walk to the angel de la independencia and 8-12 min drive. About 19 min Uber to Polanco.

Our stay at Leonora was superb! We arrived later at night due to our flight time and the check in process was smooth. The night staff was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service from the start. Our host was also friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Check out was also smooth and seamless. Our family stayed for a long weekend and each of us was extremely satisfied with our stay. 10/10 would stay again.

A beautiful and luxurious stay! There is 24 hour staff that was always very helpful and kind. We had 3 bedroom and 2 baths and there was plenty of room in the living space to eat and lounge in. They also had an in-unit laundry and dryer, which was a plus. Daily cleaning was included. The unit was very clean. It was a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to anyone! We will be looking to book with Viadora in the future!

We had such a lovely stay! The staff was fantastic, our host Martha was really sweet and made us feel welcome and comfortable. The apartment and rooms were honestly so lovely, clean, modern and comfortable. All the amenities were just great. He had a little issue with a toilet being backed up but the staff responded quickly. The entire place smelled fresh and clean. Honestly I would stay here again! Only other thing they could improve is maybe the breakfast options. But honestly it was a fantastic find and a lovely stay! Would highly recommend!

From the moment we arrived, the receptionist and concierge, Martha, greeted us with warmth and professionalism. She made us feel right at home and ensured our stay was perfect from start to finish. The accommodations were exceptional, comfortably housing our group of eight. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean. The attention to detail in the decor added to the overall charm and comfort of our stay. The location of Leonora on Zamora 70 is ideal, offering easy access to local attractions and amenities. Whether we were exploring the city or simply relaxing, everything we needed was conveniently close by. Our experience was so positive that we are already planning our return trip. We can't wait to stay at Leonora on again and enjoy the excellent service and beautiful accommodations. Highly recommended!

Gorgeous room, awesome service & great spot!

Wow. We absolutely loved this lovely boutique hotel. Well, it really was more like we had our own two bedroom/two bath flat right in the La Condesa neighborhood of Mexico City. The streets are so clean, the architecture felt like New Orleans gothic mixed in with modern minimalist buildings. Close to Chapultapec Park, lots of great restaurants, bars and cafe's. Our flat felt very new with a refined style with two primary bedrooms each with en suite and comfortable king sized beds and a kitchen had everything we needed to cook for ourselves if we wanted. (We ate out most meals though.) Complimentary rooftop breakfasts every morning from 9-11am were sunny and yummy. There was also a private jacuzzi tub suite on the 4th floor (rooftop) that you can reserve which was so relating and peaceful with a water wall feature and lounging sofas. Our two hosts/concierges Jacqui and Sergio really made the experience special. Friendly, helpful and both spoke perfect English. We felt at home and well taken care of. So personable! We will definitely be back. I just wish we could have the Lenora in every city we travel to. Thank you!!! XOXO Lori & Lori

A very nice boutique hotel with apartments. Our 2 bedroom unit actually had a third room as an office with desk and couch. Perfect for our family of five, including 2 teenagers and grade schooler. Wifi coverage and speed was good. TVs in each room and nice clean bathrooms. Housekeeping cleaned daily and provided clean towels, shampoo/conditioner/lotion, and bottled water. We were hoping for a washer/dryer in our unit and there was a closet with hookups but no machines. We stayed a week and packed enough so we didn't need it after all, but normally we like to wash everything before we pack before heading home. A dishwasher in the unit, full kitchen, mini bar with drinks and snacks, and dining table for six was convenient. Light breakfast served daily on the rooftop was nice. We used the jacuzzi room but it took a while to fill up the tub and it could only fit 2 people. So we didn't really use it much since we could only reserve it for an hour. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty with trees all around and just a few blocks from major streets, and walking distance to parks. Lots of neat places to grab a meal, snack, drinks and desserts within a couple blocks, including Vegan and organic options. We really enjoyed our stay.
