The room itself was a little run down and could use a little maintenance, as there were cracks in the wall, broken window lock and shower door was stiff, but it was a pleasant stay overall, with decent facilities and a comfortable bed.

Weekend trip in the heatwave

Cheap and cheerful, thsnk goodness for the fan in the room! Was a hot weekend. Breakfast was nice and quick. Room clean, beds comfy . Room decor a little shsbby but you get what yoh pay for

This is a handy property close to Hammersmith and shepherd's bush so had good transport options. As others have said their are narrow stairs to go upstairs but you only need to take them up once and down again when you leave. Nice breakfast sets you up for the day the rooms are smallish but clean.in Hammersmith is a william morris pubgood option for meals

Saba booked but staying next door

We arrived to find out we wasn't in the saba hotel but next door across the road room was basic open wardrobe 3 hangers metal folding beds tiny TV on the wall and a fan and microwave and fridge room was warm and fan not effective light over mirror in bathroom not working on a good note the room and bathroom was very clean so was the rest of the building. Not listed in the advert for this hotel is on street parking that cost £6 an hour cost me £54 a day to park not an extra i was expecting also breakfast was disappointing had it the first day cold toast and beans and two overcooked fried eggs and coffee was packet so paid extra to eat out

Could do better

Location good, Friendly staff, fan in room which helped with cooling it down. Room tired and not as clean. Dirty marks on walls that could be cleaned off easily, cobwebs around the ceiling, floor needed a mop. Torn net curtain on window, shower looked good but poor water flow through shower head. Basin tap very stiff and noisy. Bathroom clean though and water hot and bed comfy with clean bedding. If the disappointing points were improved then my opinion would be higher and in our opinion it was not value for money for the price we paid

Hallo London war wie immer prima,nur wenn am in einem Zimmer kommt haben da keine Kopfkissenbezüge vom Vorgänger auf dem Boden zu liegen.Ein Ventilator der dann angebracht würde wegen der Hitze,der treckig war- hätte man ja vorher mal abwischen können.Dann der ganze Baumüll von der Handwerkergruppe die da die ganzen Hotels dorchrödelt - da stellt man einen Container auf.Die Duschköpfe sollten öfters mal gereinigt werden - ebenso die Abluftabdeckungen in der Dusche wo zich Fliegen drann hingen.Fotos kann ich gerne senden

Expect a no elevator service. Housekeeping was not nice. Washroom no hot water at the sink. If you open the window, bugs are coming in. No bathroom tissue holder. Cheap breakfast serving every morning. We have experience in this hotel.

Une bonne localisation. Plein de restaurant à proximité à des prix très variés. Facilité d'accès au centre ville grâce à plusieurs de métro à proximité. Un des pire petit déjeuner que j'ai eu l'occasion de goûter. Peu de place pour s'installer, obligé d'attendre et une fois installé on est pressé par le personnel pour vite libéré les tables avant 9 h. Mes produits sont de qualité médiocre. Café soluble, fruit en conserve, pas de viennoiseries, juste des toasts et en quantité limité 2 par personnes. Bref a évité. A moins de 5 minutes à pied de l'hôtel vous trouverez de Super petit dej en quantité illimitée pour 8 pounds

So so hotel.

This hotel is very mediocre. It's clean and hospitable, but very cramped with poor sound proofing. Value for money but has no lifts. Handy for facilities but poky in communal areas. I wouldn't stay here again, as I like lifts and spacious receptions and rooms. There aren't baths in the rooms, but the showers work ok. Great if there's nowhere else. Poor acoustics. No do not disturb signs on door handles.

Enjoyable visit

Lovely shower, comfortable triple room and friendly and courteous staff eager to help -our room didn’t have a TV remote and this was sorted immediately by the pleasant gentleman from Reception .

Ive been staying in this area constantly over the past 2 years for work and i find it conveniently placed with on street parking overnight available free. The hotel was fine, clean enough, breakfast was a basic continental style so dont expect too much but there are plenty of places to go for breakfast if you prefer. Ill stay again.

The room I booked was a single, it was small but usable, the bathroom was a tiny, there was very little room between the toilet and sink which for a guy of my size wasn't very comfortable. The bed however was very comfortable. 2 pillows. The heater was hanging off the wall slightly, it was either red-hot or ice cold in the room very hard to get a happy medium. I stayed for business all I wanted was somewhere cheap and cheerful, and it fit the bill. I doubt I would stay again at that price. However the staff were friendly enough and happy to give advice on where to eat etc.

London hotel

Stayed at hotel last night because of tube strike . Staff were very friendly and helpful . Room was very clean and shower worked well . Scrambled eggs for breakfast were tasty. Slightly worried about booking this hotel after reading other reviews but can only say our experience was very positive.
