Serviced apartment which has a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Close to the Metro station and bus stops allowing easy access to attractions. Close to Nationals ballpark which means it could get crowded on match days - only an issue if you drive as street parking is limited. Will recommend!

Check-in is a little tricky, but other than that, this place is perfect. Top floor space is an amazing place to start or end your day. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Have stayed twice and will likely stay again.

Everybody was amazing and the swings in the lobby were a lot of fun. We The only suggestion would be a better place to save luggage. Good family trip option; not for light sleepers

This place is pretty good. Clean, spacious, well-equipped. Kitchen with microwave and toaster, and washer/dryer. My daughter and I stayed in a 2 bedroom suite here and it suited us well, with a few problems that you should be aware of that may or may not be relevant to you. Location - if you've looked at a map you'll see it's not totally central. It's nearest the Green line on the subway, which means you'll be transferring onto the Red line to go to many of the tourist sites. Having said that, it's still very convenient - it's a 1 block walk to the subway station. One day we decided not to use the subway and walked to the Capitol building; it only took 20-25 minutes. So the location is pretty good, (but not amazing). Check-in. Man this is unnecessarily complicated. You have to download an appl just to let yourself in the front door. From there you will check in with a human being who will issue you a standard hotel prox card and never use the app again. Sleep. This was the big problem for us. On floor 3 you could hear every conversation on the street below. Worse, the blinds aren't block-out - so you're constantly illuminated by light bright enough to read by. Good thing we had our eye masks with us. I believe a hotel has fundamentally failed if it doesn't give you a good night's sleep. Thanks to the light (and also the noise) we never got this here. Hopefully the hotel will install curtains or block-out blinds in the future.

Great, stylish and affordable hotel in heart of DC

Took our first trip to DC and was apprehensive about it with all the things you hear about it on the news....was VERY pleasantly surprised! CODA was a great hotel- located in a very safe and convenient area! Uber was prompt at the door, and was a $10 trip to the Capital; Smithsonian and a lot more! Very chic and trendy, but even us oldies were able to enjoy all they offer! Good!
