Excelent facilites, the área was very safe. A lot of Circule K and restaurants closed to the hotel. The attention of the person who tracked muy reservación and registration was awsome. Very very plased with the attention.

Overall room was ok, bathroom had very hot water and not easy to adjust to proper temperature, sink was clogged, towels minimum and had to request more. Location was great, it would be perfect once fixing those issues. We had a nice time.

The pool solar panels are consistently leaking into the hallway. I got a custom to a wet floor by the front door and the door consistently sticking and having problems. Otherwise the apartment was in great shape. A little bit more attention on the kitchen appliances and utensils would be appreciated. I only had one fork.

Hay Walmart express cerca, la habitación limpia solo que la coladera de la regadera estaba tapada y se inunda se va muy despacio el agua, había solo 3 toallas y se especificó que éramos 4 y no había juego de cama para el sofá solo sábana y solo habían 3 almohadas, el agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, el aire acondicionado o enfría bien

El proceso de check in es muy complicado. Al buscar algún tipo de atención al cliente, es imposible, no hay nadie en recepción y no contestan ninguno de sus teléfonos aún cuando te comunicas en horario de atención. Me fue imposible acceder a mi habitación. Las reseñas en Google son pésimas y el problema se repite. No recomiendo a absolutamente nadie rentar en este hotel.

Mal servicio al cliente: Nunca tuve agua caliente y cuando pedí ayuda todo el tiempo me dijeron que estaba bien y que no había problema pero nunca me resolvieron o fueron a verificar. Muy bonito pero si uno tiene una solicitud y más por algo que se pago se debería atender.

La propiedad está muy bien, segura, limpia. Buena vista, lo único es que no hay algún persona encargada que te apoye con el registro o si hay algún problema con tu contraseña. Solo los guardias que fueron muy amables en orientarme para lograr mi registro. Un agradecimiento al guardia de nombre Angel.
