Good Place

The location was great! The place was good, a bit small but comfortable. The only thing is that the toilet had some kind of odour. Overall was good.

The property was in near proximity with many stations, and it was convenient to walk to/from the shopping area. There are quite a number of food options too. The area has quite a night-life, may not be suitable for the light sleepers.

A localizaçao do apartamento é excelente, contudo tivemos alguns problemas relevantes. Ainda que não sejamos muito exigentes, infelizmente tivemos um severo problema com a agua do banho, que esteve gelada em dois dos tres dias da nossa estadia. Por mais que tenhamos acionado o sr. Domingos por tres vezes, nao foi resolvido. O apartamento é grande, bem equipado, a cozinha é muito boa, e a localização é excelente. Contudo, a cama fica em desnível, e o colchao está muito ruim. Nossa sugestão é melhorar estes pontos, pois a localização realmente é muito boa.

Localización es súper pues está en el centro, a pocas cuadras de la puerta del sol y de estaciones del metro. Muchísimos restaurantes y bares a pocos pasos. El apt es pequeño pero muy bien amueblado y con suficiente espacio para acomodar ropa y equipaje. Responden muy rápido por texto.

Staying in this apartment was the worst part of my trip and it ruined my family’s Christmas. We noticed an awful swear smell in the entire apartment on Christmas Eve and the smell was so bad on Christmas Day that we had to leave the apartment and find a last minute restaurant because we could no longer celebrate Christmas in the apartment. The owner didn’t even care to remedy the situation or to give me any credit for my troubles. I have never seen such incompetence from a host…the location was good but THE PLACE WAS A DUMP. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!! To top it off, our Uber driver was robbed in front of the apartment when we were leaving for the airport. Will definitely not recommend this place to anyone.

Una experiencia perfecta

Tuvimos una estadía perfecta. El estudio es amplio, limpio, con una decoración bien cuidada y detalles encantandores. La comunicación con la propiedad insuperable. Nos comunicamos con Deli por WhatsApp unos días antes, hicimos todo el check in por esa vía, súper fácil, y también nos dio todas las indicaciones para poder entrar al departamento ya que no cuenta con recepción. Deli una persona encantadora, también nos permitió guardar las maletas después de hacer el check out, a pesar que no cuenta con ese servicio. Y por último la ubicación fabulosa. Gracias Deli!

Nuestra estancia ha sido casi perfecta. El único pero, es que se filtran todos los olores de las cocinas, principalmente olor a frito y gambas, a través del baño pequeño. Por lo de más todo genial, buenas instalaciones, buena limpieza, bien comunicado y muy buena temperatura.

Apartamento acolhedor, lindo e muito limpo! Localização excelente, utensílios de cozinha nos atenderam muito bem (casal + bebê). Localização é excelente, fizemos praticamente tudo a pé, mas se precisar, tem tudo perto (mercado, transporte, restaurantes, etc!). A comunicação foi muito boa também! Super recomendamos!

Good Enough Apartment with Excellent Location

This place was good enough for my needs at the end of my trip to Spain. I stayed 3 nights. Strange layout to the apartment, but I was aware of that from the reviews of others. Being in the attic apartment, I was aware that the slanting roof and beams may present challenges for my 6’7” frame, and I was not wrong. Each bed was somewhat difficult to crawl into/out of, though kind of like a belfry cave for actual sleeping. There were a couple narrow steps to get up into the bathroom, which did not have much counter space at all. The shower was small but good water pressure. I appreciated very much the washer/dryer combo, especially after YouTubing how to use it. A sheet of instructions for use of the washer/dryer would not go amiss. Location of the apartment was excellent, right near Plaza Santa Anna. I said hello to the property manager who was outside smoking a couple times, as well as when he came out of the elevator, but he did not ever reply until the last day when I was leaving, which I thought was odd. I assumed he just didn’t like Americans. It was a fine value for the price, d/t location and washing machine.

Nothing fancy, but very comfortable and clean. Loved having the second bathroom. The area is perfect. So close to almost everything. I will definitely try to stay here again when we have the chance to return.
