The check in process has been very fast and easy, the place is quite easy to find and the staff kind and helpful. The only complaints are about the lack of air conditioning, together with the noises coming from the road… a simple fan in the room didn’t help at all as the outside temperatures were above 30 and the inside followed turning our nights into a noisy nightmare

Alles war wunderbar, das freundliche Personal kam an, das Zimmer hat einen angenehmen Duft, die Wohnung ist wie ein Stidia - alles ist im Zimmer und es gibt Fliesen und eine Mikrowelle und eine Kaffeemaschine und 4 Kapseln für eine Kaffeemaschine - und es ist sehr lecker, es gab Aramatengel in der Dusche. Im Zimmer sind alle Geräte für das Essen.Der Televisator ist eine gute Diagonale - ein angenehmer Klang.

Passez votre chemin !

Cela dépasse l'entendement. Avant le séjour, je demande si possible une chambre au calme. Résultat à l'arrivée, alors que l'hôtel n'était pas complet, nous sommes côté rue, au-dessus de l'arrêt de tram et des rodéos de nuit... L'hôtel est récent, mais dans un état assez inquiétant. Cela commence avec les moquettes tâchées et sales des couloirs. Il faisait 38 degrés dehors et pratiquement autant à l'intérieur, faute de clim, éco-nomie oblige... Impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres avec le bruit de la rue donc vous êtes dans un sauna. Appartement non entretenu. Le store de la grande fenêtre était cassé et bloqué en bas. La petite fenêtre ne peut pas s'ouvrir, car elle est bloquée par le radiateur : la conception laisse songeur. Serviettes et nécessaire de toilettes pour 2 alors que nous étions 3. Le lavabo ne s'écoule pas, étonnant de ne pas s'en rendre compte. Dans le canapé lit, découverte d'une boule de cheveux et plein de cheveux des clients précédents... Le lit n'avait pas été refait ! Vaisselle sale. Pas de torchon pour l'essuyer... Cet hôtel économise sur tout. Même la réception n'est pas éclairée et se retrouve dans le noir... Petit-déjeuner à 16 euros, proche du hold-up. Distributeur de boissons avec tout sauf de l'eau ! Pas de fontaine à eau non plus... J'ai prévenu l'hôtel à l'issue dans leur enquête satisfaction, mais aucune réponse. Vous n'êtes qu'un passager, ils s'en moquent pas mal et attendent les clients suivants !
